One staff on duty was pleasant and tried to work with us. Nothing else, sadly. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 10 years. This is the first time I have not had a good experience. So much so that I am seriously considering finding alternate accomodations for future trips. Additionally I have several friends that have enjoyed this hotel in the past and I would inform them I do not want to stay here again. I booked a room for 3 people. We were put in a double room with an "extra" bed. The space was smaller than hotels I have stayed in in NYC. There was almost no room to manuever around each other. The outlets were off centered as the double bed had been pushed towards the window to allow the extra bed to be shoved into the small space. When phones were plugged into the wall the cords hung down over the pillow, and the face of the person trying to sleep there. There were only 2 sets of towels. If the booking had indicated we were booking a double room with a extra bed and extra person this may have been ok. The problem was we did NOT book a double room for 3 people. The second morning I spoke with the person on duty who agreed that this mismatch should not have happened and moved us to a larger room. Again there were not 3 sets of towels, which was remedied by us requesting more. Then next morning when I asked for 2 additional coffee pods for the room the male attendant on duty refused. He scoffed at the request and stated managment would not allow such a thing. Again I was taken by surprise! For the amount of money Fred was collecting from us this time and so many times in the past---we are arguing over 2 additional coffee pods? Wow.... He ultimately ended up giving them to us with lectures on how this was not procedure and we were demanding. At this point I am done with Fred Hotel. I gave him the pods back and told him this was the most ridiculous and unpleasant stay I have ever had at this hotel. I would love to hear your thoughts and be convinced to try again....

Nice hotel with Paris flavor. Clean but also great French style atmosphere and welcoming staff. Well positioned close to subway station and nice quiet area away from tourist attraction.

My third time in this hotel! Excellent location and excellent rooms! Will come back!

Great hotel, nicely decorated, friendly and helpful staff who speak multiple languages, clean facilities, coffee maker in bedroom, boulangeries and shopping just next door, the main bed was comfortable, but the fold out mattress for the 3rd person was noisy but my daughter did not complain. I think the sound proofing between rooms was ok. I could hear people arriving and struggling to open their rooms around me.

We liked the room and it's location, close to 2 Metro stations and diverse shops (including a Monoprix) and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The room includes a safe and a coffee machine. The lack of a good closure of the shower. The water splashed out. Only one towel rack and no hook for the hand towel

Breakfast was good and the place was pleasant to eat. There is a little terrace but we didn't eat there or stay there. The location is perfect. The subway is 5 or 6 min. walk from and to the hotel. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and eateries around the area. The city center is around 30 minutes from the hotel. The parking is 5 min. walk from the hotel. And if you pay it through the hotel, the price is reasonable. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. We had a problem with the bed (for the 3rd person) and they immediately helped us and found a solution. Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel. Thank you Fred hotel. Keep up the good work! None.

the room was nice, the bathroom was big and verry nice as well. no microwave, the bed mattress was too hard, and so were the pillows. other than that we loved the place.

Rooms a little small but to be expected in Paris

The bathroom was a good size, the internet worked well even with 3 of us hitting it, and the air conditioner worked well for the June heat wave. And even the twin foldout chair>bed was comfortable! Everyone was kind and helpful and the breakfast was very good with excellent cappuchinos.

Accessible central Coffee machine & cold scrambled egg & beans

The drinking water was available for free, that was great! The bathroom was a little too small.

Like- Room is clean and comfortable. Nice location. It is near 2 train station stops Pernety and Plaisance. It is a few train stops from Gare Montparnasse. It has a nearby supermarket. A lot of restaurants in the area. We were able to leave our luggage’s for a few nights when we went to Lourdes. Dislike- shower has no curtains, so water splashes all over the floor

Friendly staff members very comfortable beds just to loud in the night from the street while open window as very warm rooms When came for breakfast about 9 there was no sausages left so no well spread quantity through for the guests numbers occupancy
