Central and very quiet Breakfast Sunday was not amazing

Honestly, if I am allowed, I would rate my three nights in the Five Boutique Hotel Paris Quartier Latin 11 out of 10. The hotel’s facilities and services went beyond my expectation and my family was so satisfied with our stay in the “One” room. First of all, without the doubt, the location of the hotel is one of its advantages. It is located in the centre, but the neighbourhood was quiet and calm. The hotel is just about 1 km from the Panthéon where you can walk a bit further to reach the Notre-Dame and Louvre. It is also close to the Les Catacombes. To visit other famous places, the hotel is just about 900 m far from the Glacière metro station which you can easily reach the Eiffel tower via Line M6 or 500 m from the Les Gobelins metro station. There are also restaurants nearby the hotel which you can try both local and international food. In short, the location of the hotel is super! Secondly, the facilities of the hotel are amazing. Before booking for the hotel, I searched for several in the area, but they often offered two room for my family of four. The hotel has a special accommodation for family with one big bed room, one small room with sofa bed, two bath rooms, one toilet, one living room, and a small bar. The facilities are new and the accommodation has nice decoration. It is cosy and very convenient. Thirdly, I really like the breakfast in the hotel. The dining hall has a medium size, but it is well-decorated. There is a wide range of food for breakfast. My family stayed in the hotel for three nights, but we were not bored with the breakfast. I really enjoyed the coffee and croissant for breakfast. My family made the right choice to book for the breakfast in the hotel because it was a bit difficult to look for a place to have breakfast in the morning. Overall, booking for breakfast in the hotel is strongly recommended! Last but not least, the big plus is the friendly and supportive staff of the hotel. The staff from the hotel really made my stay complete! None!

Bathroom was extremely small, but we made it work!

Room space is not enough.

Great location Clean and nice. Good coffee

The location was good and there was a balcony. That’s about it. The AC didn’t work the whole time we were there - they did NOT tell us this when we arrived or offer any discount. The sink also flooded the entire bathroom floor every time we turned it on because the water pressure was ridiculously high. The shower also looked so dirty we had to wear shower shoes.

It’s such a wonderful location! Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, public transport, and still on a quiet street. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a good variety every day. The rooms are laid out well. The only thing I had issues with was getting the bathroom door to stay shut. It would be nice if there was a lock on it. But that was a minor issue and didn’t detract from my stay.

Location is fairly nice, at least for us walking was the option to move. Room was very cramped, I had to go sideways to get my side of bed. And suitcase was bloking way to bathroom. At the breakfast many things were out and stuff was lazy to make additions

Staff was great and helpful including Juliano, Michael and Stephan. Location was close to metro and there were a lot of restaurants around. Very tiny room/washroom

Size of the bath and quality of bath

Very well located, good value for money, recently upgraded hotel, accommodating staff! If one is not used to Paris hotel room sizes, one will be surprised about how small it is. However, that’s normal for the city.
-
The staff was fabulous, the room was clean, the public transportation was easy to access. Would like a slightly larger shower. Next time we might upgrade the room a bit.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a pretty courtyard view The room and especially the shower were much smaller than the pictures. They also lacked the charm from the pictures.
-
The hotel was close to everything and very clean. The room was smaller than expected but it wasn’t a problem since thats what rooms are like in Paris.

Good breakfast.

The team at Five Boutique went above and beyond to take care of me. They accommodated my early check-in request and even surprised me with an upgrade. Truly outstanding service—hats off to this fantastic staff. Thank you for the warm hospitality and a lovely experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was a small hotel and recently refurbished. Our room was comfortable and clean. The towels were lovely and fluffy. We had daily housekeeping which was nice. The staff were not welcoming or readily available. They did not offer a 24 hour reception cover. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. However next to reception there was a coffee/ hot chocolate machine, and hot water for tea. We asked for milk for the tea but we were told there was none available, even though there were cereals available for breakfast. The location of the hotel was a bit further south of the 5th arrondissement than we were expecting so involved a lot of walking to and from the Metro or RER. However we accept that that was our fault.
