The rooms are a good size and clean. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful, especially one gentleman who was particularly kind and helpful. I would suggest having a fridge, kettle, and microwave available in the room.

Location This hotel has a serious hygiene issue that we fortunately discovered before unpacking. The room had a visible bedbug infestation, with insects found along the carpet edges and around the headboard. Upon further inspection, we also found a large, dried blood-like stain on the underside of the mattress, which had clearly been flipped to conceal it rather than replaced. We immediately reported the issue to the reception staff and requested a full cancellation. To their credit, the staff member was understanding and processed the request. I would strongly advise steering clear of this property.

It was generally clean, good location not far from a metro station, lots of bars and restaurants in a busy street nearby The towels provided on the last day were a bit dirty; most of the staff did not speak any English at the reception, and the street where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy with the homeless people rough sleeping there, but otherwise great value for money
