Bloom House Hotel & SPA

The location is the best. Overally, the room is not clean, and old. I found lots of dust and unnecessary objects. We actually need a comfortable, clean, and cozy room, not a decorated room. Even though the apartment is old, you can manage much more clearly than this, I think. The host can’t speak English. It didn’t matter to me, but I felt a little bit bad when the host finished his words after I checked in, as if it was our problem whatever happened. I could feel that he didn’t consider our stay deeply.

It felt a little chaotic if you were eating in the restaurant or if you needed concierge services.

Close to Gard du Nord station No. Everything was perfect. They have a drinking water machine that you can fill up into your carafe as much as you like.

Property was super chic, very clean, with a huge spa pool and sauna, which we absolutely took advantage of and loved. Great quiet location Nothing

It was clean and has a nice buzzy vibe The restaurant was not open on Saturday with no real explanation and I had arrived late and did not want to go out looking for food- in fact it did open till Tuesday! It makes a great deal of the restaurant so this was disappointing.

Lovely fitout, good service, good breakfast, pool area was great. Location was very convenient for Gare du Nord, but not somewhere you want to walk around at night.

Location, atmosphere, spa Cleaning staff needed a bit more training. They would enter the room even when the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. They would sit in the hallway and listen to their phones on speaker, the walls were quite thin.

Location close to train station. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a steak in the restaurant that was awful.

Hotel is good. Jacuzzi isnt hot water (its warm water connected to the pool). Area is convenient for public transportation via Nord station but definitely not staying in that neighborhood again

We enjoyed our stay at Bloom hotel. The facilities were excellent and it was very close to metro and Gard du Nord train station so very easy to get around from here. Easy walk to Montmartre area also. The bathroom isn’t fully separated from the room, which was ok for us but may be good to know before booking.

The hotel smelled so good all the time! Loved the balcony and the Asian restaurant on the corner❤️ The cleanliness and the staff was so nice

Location Expensive

Staff ! So pleasant and accomodating. Although we didn't get to try it, the pool looked amazing!!! the layout of the room was a little awkward, but we got used to it!
