We were welcomed by a delightful young lady (Tess) who made us feel right at home. Other staff in attendance were less cheerful and not particularly helpful. The property has 24 hr reception. Sheets were clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. There is a vanity basin in the room with hot water. Mattress was an old foam type. Bed frame squeaked every time you moved, power points were all low to the floor and a long way from where you could easily use them. The worst example of this was that the microwave was located such that the cord could not reach the power point so it could not be plugged in without putting the microwave on the floor. Showers were a long way from the room & were difficult to use.

Room was clean, there were no bugs Fans need to be in every room because theres no air conditioning. I had to ask for a fan it was sooooo hot! The room I had was across from apartments so people can see inside if I didnt have shade closed. But its so hot you dont want to close the shade
