Great location, strong air conditioning, comfortable beds, decent bathroom with lots of space to unpack.

The most simplest thing a tea kettle they refuse to give , not a single cup , not a single glass in the room , This is the most basics of basics . The staff is unhelpfull.
-
Close to the train station, clean and quiet Room was a bit small but it was ok

Aptly located on Rue de Deux Gares, Appia hotel provided me the perfect stay near Paris l'Est and Nord (Eurostar) stations as I travelled between destinations. For those who are comfortable walking, I also found it an easy walk to Montmarte and Sacre Couer, with lots of cafe and restaurant options near by. The room was surprisingly big and roomy and also had air-conditioning (cooling!), neither of which I found common in Paris! The room was impeccably presented, the staff helpful and welcoming and the inhouse breakfast very satisfactory. The wifi connection was excellent and I also appreciated the free inhouse luggage storage assistance over the time I had to check out, but before needing to head to the station for my train. Thank you for a very comfortable stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

About this property only the location is good I don’t like about this property. They did not provide a coffee making cattle to make water hot for me to have tea in the evening time. They don’t have any cattle to make water hot. That’s very bad.

Hotel room was on the small side but it had a comfy bed and was very clean The location, we arrived in the evening and when we were walking from the train station we didn’t feel very safe

We arrived at Paris at 10 PM by train and we left Paris, also by train, the next morning. This hotel served our purpose well. The room is near the train station and clean.
-
The hotel was very close to the train station I didn’t feel totally safe in this neighborhood.

Property close to the railway station and clean. Staff not particularly friendly, though helpful. The hot water was hard to control, would become too hot or too cold, had a huge lag in faucet response. Also AC was not available even though says AC when booking.

It was a good location as it was close to the metro/train station. The area was a little sketchy, but at the end of its little street it got nicer. Our room on the 6th floor was a little tight around the bed and one side leaned inward. There also wasn’t much space to put belongings and the shower didn’t have a door. It’s our second hotel with a shower designed like that. Some water will get on the floor. Closeness to metro and train station.

Location. Train station was a three minute walk

The hotel is located about 1 block from the transportation hub at Gare du Nord, which for me is a big plus. Gare de l'Est is also fairly close. The room I got had an unusual shape, but still was slightly larger than typical rooms in central Paris. Bathroom was also big. I would definitely stay again. Nothing really, but I can comment about the area in which the hotel is located. As most areas around a train station, it could be a bit sketchy, especially at nights. But the street (rue des Deux Gares) is pretty quiet. For me, location beats 'sketchiness'. I stayed a total of 3 nights, and never felt at risk.

The location was near Gare de Nord, so it was really convenient for travellers like us. The rooms are clean, spacious and convenient. Just the location, probably - the vibe around the neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night.

Staff was very friendly. For us location of the hotel was perfect.

I booked this hotel because I had to travel by train very early the next day in gare de est. It was just a 5 min walk, so even with luggage it was very easy. By night the way from the station to the hotel is not that nice but its ok. Staff in the lobby was very nice they even spoke spanish which was great for us. Rooms are small and expensive buuut in Paris everything is small and expensive so …. Nothing we can do.
-
Room was small like most European ones, but it was very efficient with shelves and place to put things.
-
Hot water with good water pressure, very convenient location, quite room even at night The shower had a very high step in point making it hard to get in and out
-
Perfect location although its defined as a danger zone. Clean rooms. Small rooms. No place for luggages. No closet. The breakfast options are not wide at all. The sorrounding area is not comfort.
