I appreciated a lot the professionalism of the staff. The elevator was extremely small.

The design of the hotel was impeccable. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to avail of a free taxi from airport. Was this because I used Booking.com? Nice touch. Tiny bit of noise with fire exit door and elevator. I loved the coffee facility in the lobby. A container for used coffee creamers would be helpful.

Air conditioning is good, location is great near République Room very cramped. Breakfast pretty basic. Lift wasn’t working. Not great value for the price, even in Paris.

Very warm pre and arrival welcomes. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy with staff always willing to help with any queries. The hotel breakfast was wonderful with the food and dining area very well kept.
