Nothing is good here This is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful hotel I have ever dealt with. My reservation was fully confirmed, yet when I arrived at midnight, they refused to let me in without any explanation. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unhelpful. I was left alone on the street in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel by myself. This is absolutely disgraceful behavior for a place that calls itself a hotel. They took my money and didn’t provide any service — a total scam. I will report this incident to every possible platform until my refund is issued. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They don’t deserve to be on Booking.com.

Absolutely no thing I arrived at the hotel at 16:30, when I was informed that the room was not ready and that I should return after 30 minutes. I went out for lunch and returned after one hour, but the room was not ready; I had to wait an extra twenty minutes for its preparation. The accommodation was the worst I have ever encountered, and there was no hot water available till midnight. The room lacked heating and was situated on the ground level, directly facing the street. The window did not provide thermal or acoustic insulation, resulting in an inability to sleep due to the cold and the noise from the street and reception. I have contracted a severe cold due to the night I endured without heating. They provided a little fan heater, but it was defective and ineffective. The room lacked electrical outlets for charging the phone. Upon inquiry, they located the socket behind the bed and the other behind the sofa. The lavatory lacked mirrors, and upon requesting one for shaving, I was provided with a grimy, frameless mirror, which resulted in a cut on my hand when I attempted to adjust its position. Upon my request to activate the heater, they informed me it would be turned on October 15th, which is in ten days. The following day, I was relocated to another unsanitary room, which was warmer than the initial one; nevertheless, it lacked electrical plugs. Upon searching, I discovered one behind the nightstand. The room reeked of cigarettes. Throughout all interactions with the hotel staff, they exhibited a distinctly unprofessional and entirely indifferent demeanour. The most disheartening aspect of this trip is that, despite being a loyal client of booking.com for two decades and having made hundreds of reservations, including hotels, car rentals, flights, transportation, and sightseeing, my call to address the issues I encountered was met with inaction and a lack of assistance. I intend to cease utilising booking.com.

The location is good: near Montmartre and Chateau Rouge metro station. Rue de Romey is a interesting place to eat and walk. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I had three pieces of luggage and had to climb six floors, which was extremely difficult. The common areas are dirty and smell of cigarettes and alcohol, and one day I even saw a homeless man entering the hotel. The rooms are very small, and you can’t take a shower without getting the whole room wet—or even the bed. Really bad place.
