Only the location This hotel was the worst experience of my life! The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The rooms were filthy and covered in ants. They did nothing to clean the rooms or even suggest changing them. They told us to wait until tomorrow to see what they could do. When I contacted booking in the morning, they denied everything and refused to give us a refund. They didn’t even change the room. So, of course, I left the hotel. THEY RUINED MY PARIS EXPERIENCE

The staff was great and also is a good location.

Very good location and very clean.

The AC is not working properly The curtains are not allowing for sunlight to enter the room even when you do all the possible ways to close it. The safe-box was damaged. The room has no view (just a yard) even I requested to have a room with a view.

It was close proximity to restaurants, the metro and the staff was very friendly.

The location, rooms and staff a were excellent. The staff were very friendly and always willing to give directions and recommendations. Nice restaurants, shopping centers and metro near by. I would definitely stay at Stella Etoile again.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff were very helpful with suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. There were two pillows- most hotels will offer one firm pillow, one soft pillow. Having only two very firm pillows left me with a sore neck.

Has an elevator. Beautiful classic interiors. Friendly Reception Fantastic views. Pillow was too high. No options for shorter pillows.

Gorgeous location and friendly staff very helpful for finding what you need and helped us so much The elevator broke and there was 5 flights of stairs to walk every time we arrived. They were very helpful for check out had someone help with bags but it was difficult through the stay

The location was perfect. It was cold in the night and I asked for another blanket. The kind lady in the reception said they did not have any extra blanket in the whole hotel. I had to cover myself with my coat, The room was cleaned every day, but soap, shampoo and tea were given only every two days, so I was short of that too. The atmosphere was stingy.

Good location, some staffs are kind and helpful but some are not. The landmark view is kind of cheating - due to its big brand logo, the Arch de Triumphal is blocked even you’ve booked room with balcony overpricedly.

Everything was excellent, but it was a little bit cold in the room a heater would have been nice to have, that's all.
