I loved how big our room was considering we were sharing and the little balcony. Very clean and would definitely revisit The indoor car park was very scary to drive through would definitely recommend the outside carpark.

We received an email after booking that the elevator was under repair. We replied that we are seniors and couldn’t climb stairs door to our health condition. A staff member carried 2 out of 3 suitcases to the room but we had to climb the stairs every day. The elevator crew were drilling into the adjacent concrete walls during the afternoon of our second day that interrupted our recovery from a 30 hour journey. I complained but was told it would continue to 6pm as the local ordinance allowed it!

The location was good and the staff was very plesant and friendly. Also the room was clean and the bed with comfortable. For this being rated a "4 star" hotel, we expected a more upscale or trendy boutique environment. Instead the property felt like an upscale hostel. It didn't help that the elevator was under renovation and that all rooms had to be accessed via a back working stairwell. I had actually emailed days in advance to ask for a ground floor room due to large family with kids and strollers not wanting to use stairs - I never received any response. When we arrived, we were assigned to the 4th floor. Had I been told there were no rooms on the ground floor, we would have canceled and booked somewhere else ... this would have been an absolute deal breaker for us. At a minimum, this should be subsidized with a substantial amount of hotel group points. Instead, they room offered a note, a single beer, and a skin oil as a peace offering for the inconvenience (none of which had any value to us nor did we use/take). The room had a piece of the corner floor molding barely attached, which came off when slightly tapped, chipped paint on the toilet and stains on the shower enamel - I would definitely think this was more of a 3 star at best, no where close to expectations of a 4 star.

Hotel location is very good. Several metro stations available in 15-20 min of walk. Lot’s of restaurants and bars in the area. Lift was under construction.

Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay, but we decided to leave before completing our second day. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with no elevator, despite traveling with young children. Climbing five flights of stairs several times a day with young children was extremely inconvenient. This information should be clearly be disclosed before guests book their stay.

I slept well in the room facing the back of the hotel. Water was available at the reception to fill in our bottles. I found the hotel rather expensive for what it offered. Breakfast was rather average for the price I paid.
