Excellent, helpful staff. Comfortable room, modern bathroom with large shower space, easy to control the temperature of the room, very nice bed. Easy access to the Gare d’Austerlitz and two métro lines. The elevator stops between floors so you need to either walk up or down about 8 steps to get to your floor, an extra challenge if you have a heavy suitcase.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly from the very first moment and always willing to help with a smile. For those traveling by public transport, the location is excellent, just a short walk from major train stations and metro lines. It is also perfectly located next to the Jardin des Plantes and the Seine. There is also a great variety of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making it easy to find a good place to eat. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of everything needed to start the day.

The most important thing to us is the comfort of the room temperature and bed. The room is air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was only so-so.

We'd had a short stay in Paris. This was a perfect location, close to the SNCF and my favorite place in Paris, Jardin des Plantes. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. With a mini fridge. We were able to our luggage until check in. Wonderful stay!! Elevators go to a landing between floors. A little awkward with luggage.

Very efficient and polite checkin, comfortable bed, everything worked well, in front of the train station, and close to the river. The room was very small, especially for the prize I payed.
