Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like. Everything was excellent, from the service and hospitality to the facilities and the spa.

The shower and the decoration, the outdoor table. Nothing

the location was perfect for my stay in Paris, and the room was very fitting for myself alone. It was an overall comforting and cute stay. i felt like i was in a time capsule in the best way possible. staff was kind, friendly and helpful from check in, to check out.

No complaints.

Staff was very friendly from the reception to the housekeeping. Location is perfect.

It’s truly a 4-star hotel and it shows. Free coffee downstairs, stylish rooms, lovely area, lovely staff, nice shower. There’s not much to say here - just one thing I found annoying is that one day I left some cheese and prosciutto in the mini fridge (which is intended to keep mini bar items chilled) and the cleaning lady just removed them and left them out of the fridge for no reason, so I had to bin them later. No idea why anyone would do that.

Perfect place for our first trip to Paris. We would def stay here again

The breakfast and variety of beverages was great.

Great location and modern amenities. Rooms are small (though good size for Paris!)

Staff was very helpful, the room had good decor, there was a free coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby, the room had a small fridge. It was very close to a metro station- 4 minute walk. There was also a grocery store across the street. And a small outdoor patio with tables on the ground floor. The provided soap was amazing, smelled so good. I’m trying to buy it from Amazon back home. The glass door on the shower.

Room was okay although quite a bit smaller than I had anticpated. It had a shower in the room which was also really small but it's better than having to share a bathroom. Location was pretty good. The hotel is not bad but kind of boring. Nothing to do there. The decor looks a bit old. The decor looks a bit dated. I think they should redecorate.

Elevator is too small

The location is excellent. It's within walking distance to the Opera, so center of Paris basically. The way they decorated it was really cool. The coffee and cappuccino were free. The room was tiny. We had no place to stow our 2 suitcases. Had to play Tetris (if you don't know, look it up) with our suitcases in order to open the window or get to the other side of the bed or to open the wardrobe door, etc... The sink is right in the room and the shower is open. Thank god the toilet had a door :) The staff was hit or miss. Nice girl when we checked in. Got us the rooms earlier than anticipated. Not so nice girl during our stay. She didn't seem to care about anything at all and sounded like she was doing us a favor answering questions. The cafeteria "boss" was grumpy for whatever reason.

I found the whole music, groovy decor vibe a bit artificial and even unnecessary, but I appreciate the musical taste. Room was quite small and shower in the room a bit inconvenient (although I know fairly typical of Paris).

I loved everything about this property! The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was a wide range of options for breakfast & it all tasted amazing. From the eggs, protein, cheese spread, bread, yogurts, baked goods.... SO TASTY. The location was convenient to the metro as well. I was traveling solo so safety was a huge concern for me & I never felt uncomfortable in this neighborhood. I didn't need a car @ all during my 4-night stay. I would definitely stay here again for my future stays. I wish the room were a little larger, but it was sufficient for just 1 person :)

Location was fine for what I needed Tiny room with bizarre rough-around-the-edges decor . Such a weird place . « Music theme » hotel aka dark purple old carpets in halls and purple and yellow room decor .
