It seemed clean enough. The price was good. Terrible location. Garbage all over the street. I wouldn’t want to be out alone at night. No air conditioning or even a fan. We were so hot and uncomfortable all night long.

IBIS is a good brand name in Europe and Middle East, I booked it because it is operated by Accor Group. I had some expectation about it but when we enter the room, it was disaster. With very hot climate there was even no fan. Towel they gave was used by somebody and we requested fresh towel, never got it. There was no electric cattle, no glass nothing. I was surprised how it can happen at the middle of Paris. Extremely disappointed.

The room was infested with cockroaches. They moved us to another room, but it was dirty as well. The reception staff was really rude and bad.so we cancelled our stay and left the hotel.

Location is great, close to subway, hotel was renovated recently. A fridge in a room would be nice.

Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing positive about this stay. Every aspect of the experience fell far below basic standards, leaving no highlight to mention. It was a completely disappointing experience from start to finish. The room was filthy with an uncleaned bathroom and cockroaches throughout, made worse by sweltering heat and no fans provided. The staff was extremely rude, and the location felt very unsafe and dirty, surrounded by trash on the street and questionable establishments. Considering the appalling conditions and poor service, it was outrageously overpriced.
