Wonderful staff and La Tosca restaurant was incredible! tHe suite was very large and bed was quite comfortable The decor in the rooms is a little dated and worn in some areas. The A/C wasn't keeping us cool but Paris was in the midst of a horrendous heat wave.

Hotel Splendide Royal is in a great location, a very responsive and friendly staff and overall excellent accommodations. The staff assisted with transportation, reservations and even laundry service- to make the stay perfect. Breakfast was also very good— great way to start the day in Paris.

This property is fantastic. Location is great, and the staff is superb and I will forever stay in this hotel when in Paris. The staff were so kind and attentive, best staff I have had the pleasure to deal with in a Paris hotel.

I loved the everything. The quality of the staff was exceptional. They were kind, extremely helpful and just wonderful people. They went out of their ay to make everything perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a very diverse selection. The restaurant was top notch. The sommelier was a joy in explaining the wines in the pairing. There was so much passion in his knowledge and excitement of wine and food. The location was the best. Safe and quiet and close to the Champs-Elysee. The room was beautiful with so many amenities. It was perfection! We had an issue with forgetting something in our rental car we had returned that morning in Dijon. They were going to send it to us but it had to be done with a prepaid envelope sent to the rental company. When we got to the hotel, the gentleman at the front desk was just as confused as we were as to why they needed it done this way. He called them for us and got the correct information. He wrote down the instructions in french for what we needed to do at the post office. It really was above and beyond to help us. Everything went smoothly at the post office because of the help. I forget the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was working on Wednesday October 16 in the late morning. Also, a special mention to Maria and Felice who were wonderful to talk each day. nothing

The hotel is very elegant and well equipped and the room was amazing and it was my honeymoon and everything was perfect. Everything was great and I can’t thank you enough you made our trip to something unforgettable.

The staff was great We always stay in five star suites this was average, which means it was terrific On same street as the president’s quarters meant a lot of security very safe Several doors stuck at the bottom so bad you couldn’t close them also had on and off issues controlling the hot water
