Apartment is located near bus station to Beauvais airport, it was very convenient for me to stay there overnight. It is in 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe, other sightseeings are also within walking distance. Many restaurants around. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Rooms are small, but comfortable.

Great location near Arc de Triomphe and shopping center and restaurants. Funky European partial shower walls of glass that are not fixed. Lack of shower gel and wash clothes.

The hotel is right next to the Palais de Congress which was very convenient. Also next door were 3-4 good restaurants. Breakfast was good at 16 euro. Staff was polite and helpful. Comfortable bed. Bathroom also fine. Short walk to metro (yellow line). Smallest room I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled A LOT. Was a bit shocked when I walked in the room, one step through the door and you hit the bed! Carpets and drapes could use a deep clean. Elevator broken last 2 days.

Location was perfect facade looks so nice - as you expect from a nice parisian hotel the room was fair - the minimum necessary if you are only looking for a place to sleep (beds, heating, ensuite)

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom had a bathtub and everything worked perfectly. We returned every day after seeing the sights to a pleasant and restful place so we were happy. The location was excellent. Well connected with the metro and bus stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us understand the transport system. Everyone spoke excellent English. There were several dining options nearby. We were anxious before our trip because it was our first time in Paris and were relieved to find everyone being so nice and helpful.

Breakfast was fine and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was good for our purpose. Elevator was too small as were the hallways. Rooms were also small. Elevator did not reach our 4th floor room so we had to use stairs for last floor.

aircon kept giving an error message and it would die and the staff would have to reset it by turning the breaker on and off. also not enough desk space

I love this location, staff was friendly and helpful. Super quiet, was able to get nice rest. Enjoyed our stay. Liked the intimacy of the size of the hotel carpets could be refreshed, lighting was a bit dark for my personal needs. other than that it was great.
