I loved the old world classic charm of the hotel. The 2 rooms were very nice. The beds and bedding were very good. We enjoyed our meals.

It was perfectly located right in the center of everything. Everything was clean. Staff was super friendly.

Staff was great and attentive to all our needs! Location was perfect. Loved the hotel! Will be glad to return again! The air conditioning in our room made noses the entire time we were there and prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. Otherwise, all was perfect!

The hotel was stunning and the staff were amazing. We felt very pampered there. The breakfasts were amazing and their main restaurant was fantastic for dinner. The gym was small.

Incredible location, great service with rooms being serviced twice a day. The facilities are great - spa and fitness center was very clean and taken care of well. Nothing - fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone who cares about traveling and having nice accommodations.

Location Very old building, no renovation for the long time, the facility is very old and not very clean. All towers and bathrobe are so bleached.

This hotel is well located-right across from the Louvre. Also within walking distance of the Museum D-orsay and L'orangerie. Lots of easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. The staff was great in making recommendations to visit, places to eat, getting us taxis. nothing

Normal Very poorly organized. I arrived from a trip with my daughter and the place wasn't ready. I had already sent a message informing them that I would arrive early. My 1-year-old daughter was very stressed and I needed to use the bathroom. They took me to the spa's bathroom. Surreal. After a 10-hour trip, to go through this situation.
