Opened in December 2021, Hôtel Piapia is located in the east of Paris just 2953 feet from Place de la Nation and its many transport links. The famous Père Lachaise Cemetery is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel’s contemporary décor is inspired by space, the planets and the stars. Decorated in warm blue, gray and brown tones, the rooms feature a flat-screen TV, mini-bar and safety deposit box. The private bathroom includes free toiletries and a hairdryer. A buffet breakfast is available each morning and guests can choose to enjoy it directly in their guest room. The cleanliness is top #1 ranking ever. Airco very effective. Daylight and big window in the room. Location (3 min walk distance of metro Portes de Vincenes - line 1 (the yellow one). Breakfast and coffee are good. Stairs are pleasant to go down and up. No real space/storage for clothes (still okay for me - or for a short stay - though)

Breakfast is not included and we didn't have breakfast during 16 days of stay. Rooms are small. Coffee cups weren't available at the coffee machine which is complementary. During 16 days stay, they didn't change sheets more than a week. I asked them and was told we are supposed to ask to change the sheets. They never told us that when we checked in. Usually hotels change sheets every 3 days or so without asking and we were expecting that.

Room service took a longer than advertised and was expensive, but it's a minor complaint, and there's cheap food near the hotel in any case.

Location and it was clean No water to drink available and no kettle n no fridge and this was my first time to can not find these basics in a hotel room with this rate

The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The neighborhood felt a little uncomfortable to walk around after 11 PM, as there were quite a few homeless people in the area. Of course, I wish them all the best, but it did make us feel slightly uneasy when walking late at night. The room did not include slippers, which would have been a nice addition for guests. The breakfast was good, but the variety of options was somewhat limited. These were only minor issues, and overall we still had a pleasant stay.
