We love the neighborhood. The people that work at the hotel are always friendly kind and accommodating. We have been coming to the Muguet for over thirty years and it’s always special. Nothing.

Beautiful and Parisian feel. Nothing.

Cleanliness of sheets and towels and the rooms in general. Quiet but central location. No fridge. No iron. Very average breakfast with mediocre coffee.

Location, clean, safe and incredible friendly staff Had separate rooms we had to split with parents kids. Elevator a bit too small.

Lovely staff, lovely rooms. Beds were very comfortable with really nice linens. Bathroom was also very nice with great water pressure. Just a couple blocks from Rue Cler, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. WIthin easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Hotel des Invalides. Very quiet street with absolutely no street noise. Nice little lobby and outdoor patio. It was a bit far for most of the things we chose to do in Paris and found ourselves using taxis quite a bit. It would be great to have a small fridge in the room but they did offer to keep a bottle of wine downstairs in a little fridge. Other than that absolutely nothing!

Excellent location. Close walk to many sights. Lovely room, modern, spacious and with plenty of space. Bathroom even featured a full bath tub. Cleanliness in the room and in public areas was of a high standard. The check-in was absolutely horrendous. The worst I've experienced in my life. We had a five night stay fully paid prior to arrival. On arrival, our check in staff member Tattou, demanded the city tax payment. I chose to pay in cash and she was hounding me to pay me exactly to the euro, as she didn't have change (100 percent not my issue). I've never experienced such an aggressive and unfriendly welcome, and after this experience I felt completely unwelcome at the hotel, and never really recovered from this feeling during my stay. What was even more disappointing was that the duty manager on check in, failed to take ownership of the team members behavior and kept offering weak excuses ( new staff member, no longer works here) without taking ownership or accountability for the staff members behavior. Even more disheartening was that even with a five night stay, and having been vocal about my dissatisfaction with the service, the hotel ownership (present everyday during my stay) made zero effort to connect, discuss or remedy the issue. Appalling!!

What a lovely hotel this is. The rooms have windows that open to look out onto a sweet side street that was close to walk to many places (food, Metro, Eiffel Tower!) but also not too loud or busy. The decor was pretty, clean and comfortable, the AC was cool for the hot summer afternoons, there was an elevator for the bags and for my mother-in-law to use, the staff was so helpful and friendly, the lobby was nice to watch some soccer, play some cards, the breakfast was delicious and a good deal, we were so happy with our home base for several days of exploring Paris.

This is a clean updated classy hotel. It is located on a quiet street close to the metro, restaurants and cafes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, providing assistance and advice as needed. The room is probably considered large by European standards. The air conditioning worked well and cooled the room relatively quickly. The room darkening curtains are nice with it getting dark so late when we were there. The lemon water in the lobby was much appreciated after walking in the Paris heat. I understand there's not anything that can be done but the elevator can be a bit claustrophobic for some. Also the courtyard area roof could be cleaned up a little.

Great hotel, friendly staff!

Location Where do I start? First of all the bathrooms were filthy and full of black mold. We had to shower with our sandals on to avoid any contact with the floors. The only thing the bathroom came with was a bar of soap to offer for cleaning. Nothing else. There are no irons in your room to use. You have to go into their creepy basement to use their one iron that can’t be taken out of this small basement room. The WORST PART, NO MATTER WHAT DO NOT USE THEIR RECOMMENDED CAR SERVICE. Se planned to go to Versailles. Uber was $30. The man at the desk told us not to worry and they had a service that would be able to take us for NO MORE THAN $40. The driver manipulated his taxi meter when we arrived making the total jump from $40 to $65 euros. I told the hotel manager that Uber was charging me $30 and they guaranteed me no more than $40 for the trip. When I complained they did nothing. When I returned the front desk said I got scammed but did nothing to fix the problem. Are they working together to scam tourists. It sounds like it to me. BEWARE TOURIST THIS PLACE DOES NOT CATE ABOUT YOU. Nothing was done to compensate me or make me feel like this was taken seriously by them. I hope you think twice about booking at this location. On top of all this their checkout was 11am when everywhere else in Paris 12pm is standard. I will be posting this review on as many sites as I can to warn tourist of their scheme. I am including photos of the black mold so you can see how disgusting their bathrooms were. Shame on this establishment and I hope you don’t make the same mistake we did. You’re better off finding a better hotel who values your experience. This was our wedding anniversary and we hope you don’t have to experience this same nightmare at this hotel as we did. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HOTEL MUGUET. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

The location is excellent! I would definitely cone back to that hotel. The staff are really nice too. What i didnt like, booking.com sucks! They're not like expedia that updates their client. I emailed booking.com many times and no single reply.

We have been staying at Hotel Muguet since the late 1990s. We have seen three generation of ownership and they are all wonderful. Being around the corner from Rue Cler is a splendid bonus! We asked for a room in the garden and they accommodated us which was magnificent. Clearly, we will stay there every time we are in Paris. Thank you for a great experience, once again. NOTHING!

Location near Rue Cler was great. Sergio is an excellent concierge, helping us navigate Paris, finding good restaurants, and getting us tickets for a museum we thought was sold out.
