The staff first and foremost. They were very welcoming and kind. Kevin was exceptional during my stay, which got extended at the last moment due to an airline strike for me. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Rooms are very quiet. Breakfast buffet was very good and the young woman who was working both mornings I booked for breakfast was excellent with her service and smile. Restaurant across the street - La Table des Ecole - superb with wonderfully kind staff. Nothing in particular. The elevator is very small but I’m thankful for it still!

Decent location - 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. Great value for the money. Clean but small rooms. Excellent bathroom.

My credit cards were stolen from me by the hotel cleaning staff. I went out for a few hours. Cards left in my bag and everything was taken including my health cqre card.

It has a really good location, near to buses and trams. There is an intermarche nearby as well. It felt quite safe walking back to the hotel at night. It’s a big road in front of the hotel but it still felt quiet and not like the busy grand streets. AC. Works very well too, very important during the summer. Some guests get noisy and you can hear them even inside your room. When people talk in the hall you can hear the whole conversation.

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, patience with my attempts at French, very quiet, air conditioning, bed was very comfortable, welcome slippers! Loved everything but perhaps a small fridge in room would add to the experience.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right beside the Latin Quarter. The staff were wonderful - so helpful and nice with lots of recommendations for us. The room is tight, would have been nice to have a slightly larger room, but the bathroom was huge and we had a room looking out onto the street, which was wonderful.

The staff were wonderful! Valerie and Kuvinthan were so helpful. They were always so nice!! The location was excellent for exploring the left bank. The room was very small.
