Clean, great value for money, free coffe at reception, nice staff, room air conditioning. Nothing!
-
Good location, comfortable enough. Very steep stairs to reach the room, could be a problem for some.
-
Room was simple but had everything we needed and the air con was very welcome in the heatwave. Stairs were very steep, difficult to climb them safely with luggage.
-
The stairs were a hazard, dangerous. We had to ask for toilet paper on the first day.
-
Great location and friendly staff Small rooms, especially the toilet
-
There was ac and the staff was always available to let me in Kinda strange the bathroom was out in the hall. Also with I didn’t HAVE to wait for the stall to let me into the building.
-
The staff is warm and friendly. They served good breakfast and the daily housekeeping is great. The room is very big and neat. Overall good quality and experience. The wifi didn’t work in our room.
-
The location is super close to the subway, there is AC and it’s close to the street with late night food options We needed to give the reception our room key every time we left the property and when we came back they didn’t check our identity even when the staff had changed
-
It was very clean It didn’t have an elevator and I was on the 4th floor. When I arrived, the receptionist helped with my suitcase, but when I left, I had to carry it myself.
-
Great stay at all the staff super friendly and kind, thanks a lot Maybe the stairs but is Paris so…
-
Nice area with good bars and cafes next door. Helpful 24/7 staff on the desk. Basic room but as expected for the price.

I didn’t like anything My room was on the 5th floor and they didn’t tell me before. I’m 64 years old. On the ground there’s a restaurant and the smell in the 5th floor was disgustingly strong. I almost vomited.

Excellent staff. The stairs climbing up to room 33 were quite treacherous. With care manageable but really difficult to get bags up. No separation of shower in washroom area. I am told this is common in Europe
-
Stairs but it not a big problem
-
The staff was nice. It was dirty, the lights didn’t work (not a single light..). The bathroom smelled awful since the moment we arrived.
-
Everything was good but rooms are little small.
-
Good location, we walked to the Louvre. Stairs to the apartment is in need of repairs, bathroom door couldn’t close.
-
It was great . There are stairs that are narrow and steep otherwise great choice

The workers were very kind and helpful (brought my bags up the stairs for me since there is no elevator). The room is quite spacious for a large city. The bathrooms seemed to have mold in the caulk, but not surprised as it isn’t great ventilation in the bathroom.

They have Bo and Me baked goods and the croissants are yummy! The best! The shower without a stall was difficult for me and it gets the bathroom too wet.
