Ideally located in the Marais, steps from Saint-Paul metro, Le Temple De Jeanne is a study in chic, bourgeois-bohemian swagger. Loris, the receptionist, was exceptionally kind and made me feel at home. After a long and exhausting day of travel, my room was a delightful surprise: bold floral wallpaper, a large circular bed worthy of a 19th-century boudoir, and a funky, well-designed bathroom with a strong shower. Every room has its own distinctive design, and one penthouse suite offers views of Notre-Dame. The rooms, spacious by Paris standards, also have desks and coffee machines. The hotel has excellent air conditioning — a must during sweltering Paris summers. My new go-to hotel in the Marais. Nothing I didn't like. The stairs are steep, so perhaps not ideal for elderly travels with mobility issues -- but there is an elevator.

Perfect, perfect, perfect! There is honestly nothing to dislike about this hotel. - The staff are amazing, genuinely kind, and incredibly helpful. You can tell they’re not just being polite because it’s their job they’re naturally warm, friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. - The hotel is spotless. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard every day. - The room is compact but very well designed, making excellent use of the space. It has everything you need, including a coffee machine, minibar, and safe. Housekeeping also refills the tea and coffee daily. - The toiletries provided are high quality and a lovely touch. - the window offers a beautiful view overlooking the main street. - The hotel provides complimentary water, coffee, and tea throughout the day at the ground-floor bar. -The location is perfect, with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, bars, restaurants, and everything else you might need just steps away. - The metro station is directly opposite the hotel less than a minute walk. - The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern, stylish interiors that make it a pleasure to stay in. Nothing to dislike

The reviews said the breakfast was wonderful and it truly was! Such a delightful start to our days in Paris. The city was experiencing a heat wave while we were there, and the A/C kept the room cool and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect, right in the action of the Marais and just steps from the 1 line metro stop to get anywhere else.

The team including Lorys, moose and stephen was out of this world. They were so helpful and so friendly and made you feel at home. Everything was incredible and value far exceeded what I paid. Excellent all around.Lorys even arranged for a breakfast for me.

Great location. Very cute tiny boutique hotel. Perfect for a single traveler. There’s an elevator so it doesn’t matter but the stairs are slightly inconvenient. There wasn’t an outlet near the bed. All minor things.

This hotel was perfect for location! My favorite thing to see in Paris is Notre Dame when I'm there so being within a 10 minute walking distance to it was fantastic! The Marais district is super fun with lots going on around it. It's well located! The rooms were fairly good size by Parisian standards. Everything was clean. The staff were amazing, helpful, and kind! The hotel was also built in the 14th century I believe so there is an old Parisian charm to it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Nothing!

The staff go the extra mile!

Perfectly located, very discreet. Wonderfully helpful & cheery staff. Comfortable and clean The stairs could do with a refurbishment

Loved the location and friendly breakfast service. The staff goes out of their way to ensure a great start to the day! I wish the air conditioning in the room was cooler, not a huge issue given how hot it was outside!

Everything was perfect. Its the only hotel im staying from now on.
-
Room was cute & right near cafes & the metro. Staff was friendly & helpful, & there was an elevator. The shower was excellent, & nice toiletries were provided. Coffee & tea & a refrigerator were in the room. Nothing.

The staff were wonderful. Very kind and welcoming and helpful. I liked the breakfast and opted for it. The AC was very good as I was there in summer. The location was great for what I wanted. It's in the Marais and right by a metro stop. The rooms are decorated differently. I stayed twice. Don't have any complaints. I could see someone finding it a little cozy but I liked that and other places I've stayed in Paris are similarly not super spacious.

Fantastic location 10m from metro entrance, very nice and helpful staff No replacement of water bottles in the room

The staff in this hotel are all excellent and were so helpful. This hotel is located in an excellent area with lots of restaurants and shops. There is a metro station near the hotel and also buses and taxis. I would stay in this hotel again.

The staff was professional, efficient, warm and welcoming...the best part of my stay! I understood a bathtub was available; however, the bathroom only contained a small shower. Also, the so-called closet was minuscule (three hangers fit) and other storage was literally non-existent. For five days, I had to access my clothes through an open suitcase. The cost of having laundry done was EXORBITANT! Also, the location of the hotel was problematic as I have an allergy and severe aversion to cigarette smoke, yet immediately to one side of the very narrow hotel entrance was a SMOKE CAFE with clouds of smoke billowing all day and into the evening.

Loved the staff. Loved the location A little hard to see but that ended up being a blessing

Beautiful, spacious room. I would definitely stay at your hotel again. I have recommended it via facebook to all my friends. Exceeded my expectation. Loved the tub! Such a nice relaxing soak after time traveling around Europe. None ?

One of the best things about this cute little boutique hotel was Moises yes (sp?) the gentleman who was working at the front desk while we were there. What a lovely person he was! The hotel was extremely cute and comfortable with an incredible breakfast every morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is steps from the metro, and there were restaurants literally outside the front door.
