Very nice interior design, very clean, excellent shower; also the location was perfect - although the rooms are not very big they were well organized do that you felt you had enough space In summer it could be a bit loud as the hotel is in the middle of a very busy area, in February it was okay
-
Narrrow stairs and lack of lift to carry up heavy luggage, but the staff was very helpful and they did all the carrying up and down. The stairs need to be kept cleaner.

Quite a bit of noise during the night.

Everything was amazing! Your staff was so kind and easy to work with. The room was clean and quiet. I honestly never heard another person during the stay. I would say it would be nice to note that there is no elevator just because we had big suitcases but know that is to be expected in Europe.
-
Breakfast was as expected but served in our room because there is no common breakfast area.No issue. Staff was great, location great ,in general terms, Many homeless around the entrance.... No elevator
-
Very professional staff, pleasant and helpful from reception to checkout. They even helped me with my attempts to speak French! Good size bathroom and shower for Paris. Modern bathroom fixtures, newly remodeled. We would have preferred a room on the ground floor, but the view from our room on the 2nd étage was great. And a musician playing jazz on a ? from the street corner when we arrived. And we very much appreciate the help carrying our luggage upstairs.

This hotel is perfect for tourists trying to make the most of a short stay in Paris. It is very well located, close to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The metro line 1 is nearby, making it very convenient to access the trains to go to Versailles or to the Gare de Lyon. Moreover, the hotel itself if very nice, the staff weas great, and our room had a very spacious bathroom (difficult to find in such a location), and comfy beds. Our room was also spotless, and the in-door continental breakfast was great, and saved us a lot of time! I will recommend this place to friends.

Such a great boutique style hotel, interior decor better than expected. Location is great especially for a first timer in Paris. The entire front desk staff (especially Jeremy) who we dealt with more was so friendly. A word of caution…no elevators, very narrow staircase. This would be a deterrent for someone who is not able to go up and down freely. For us personally, we consider us fit so we treated as workout?

The location is the best selling point of this place. The room is small but comfortable. The mini bar is full. And although our room was on 3rd floor, the staff helped us carry our luggage. We loved the restaurants/bakeries near this hotel. room are small to open suitcase.

A really beautiful boutique hotel in a great location in the city, easily walkable to many restaurants and attractions and close to the metro. The service was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and beautifully finished. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

Everything! The decor in the rooms was beautiful and unique. We opted for the breakfast and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly, helping us reserve a taxi or learn how to open the front door. We’ve stayed here twice now and would come back in a heartbeat! We liked everything!

Location and staff are the best! Steps are just a reality everywhere in Paris.

The transportation services provided by this hotel set the standard for all other European hotels to aspire and with a vibrant and central location from which you can walk to most attractions or find a late night bite to eat you will always have a great time in Paris when you stay here. The stairs are winding but manageable so pack light.

The hotel is in old church building and in the center of city, walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dam, etc. There is nothing missing:)
-
Staff is super friendly and shuttle service is on time. The location is a 10 minute walk to most sites. The room is clean and updated.
-
Small but well appointed. Central location. Very friendly staff. Jeremy was very helpful and pleasant. Was a little pricey but it is Paris and nothing with some quality came cheap
-
The location was around a number of restaurants and bars. Miguel, the front desk associate, was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He carried our luggage up the stairs for us. We also liked that the hotel could book a taxi to the airport and put it directly on the room bill. Bathroom was very large with lovely fixtures. Great, rain head shower. We're older, but the stairs were a problem for us. We received help with our luggage. The rooms could have had better lighting. Lighting not a problem during the day as there are beautiful windows, but at night, would have liked more lighting.

They ask you to leave the key with them each time you leave your room. This was odd to me, maybe it’s common practice but I’ve never encountered it before. The staff were super friendly each time I left the key or picked it up, but it’s a bit of a nuisance to do this each time
-
You had to leave your key at the front desk every time you entered and exited. There was always someone there however, it would be nice to come and go without having to check in.

Location No lift-only staircase.
