It was clean Untrained staff over valued staying in this hotel was not pleasant

Location The AC is a lie. It hardly works despite me asking the staff to fix it 3+ times. Couldn’t cool the room below 80 degrees.

Loved the staff and location of the hotel. We couldn’t regulate the temperature and it was warm in the room. The pull out bed downstairs makes a lot of noise when you sit on it. The slightest movement and you can hear it from upstairs. Also the bathroom is not designed properly, there is nowhere to put your things. No shelve or counter to even put your toiletry bag or clothes when you shower.

The rooms are a bit small and a few things were missing in the room (for example coffee pods) but when we asked for it the staff immediately provided it. It is a pretty good option for Paris.

Location Bad customer service. Hotel staff cannot manager problems and create solutions they just sit in their chair on their cellphones all day.

The room was small; but it exceeded my expectations. Comfortable bed, extra towels, lamps and lighting were available everywhere, small refrigerator for drinks was available in the room, wine cups, the bathroom was unique, modern and beautiful, nice bathroom floors, walls, ceilings and shower. I liked everything! Make sure you check the "free breakfast" box when booking, because the breakfast is good and fresh.

The room itself was not like on the photo. On the photo it is much more light and beautiful. The carpet was dirty other then that it was clean

Location. Rapidity of booking and checking in Breakfast was so so. If you don’t get there way before closing time you risk of eating only what’s left (no re-fill). Kitchen staff stop serving and start packing a little before the deadline

Stuff was helpful The level of cleanliness was absolutely appalling. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Specifically, I found the following: A dirty green cleaning towel left in the room Empty bottles under the bed A green vape left behind Small insects flying around the room A filthy coffee machine, which was unusable. No coffee pods provided or tea bags. A strong, unpleasant odor from the bed, suggesting unwashed sheets and general neglect.

Fantastic location, walking distance to metro, restaurants, shops, attractions such as Arc de Triomphe and The Louvre. Plenty of choice in breakfast buffet. No tv remote in the room (to watch the French Open) but the staff quickly got one. I stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned but the rubbish bin wasn't emptied. A reason I chose this hotel was because it said an airport shuttle was available at extra cost but it wasn't. These are minor issues easily resolved.

I booked a double room and checked in a interior room not looking into the street which was good for me the room is bigger and quieter Clean with fantastic location close to the city tour stations and the big shopping stores and all metro and bus stations near Opera and the chic boulevard Haussmann

Great location. Not very clean, a bit old and not very well maintained.
