Hôtel Le 123 Sébastopol - Astotel

The room was a bit small, but perfect. Clean and quiet. My room looked over the hotel's interior garden, so I heard no street noise, which is usually quite loud. The air conditioning was immaculate, which was very helpful, given that I stayed during the hottest week in Paris' history. Many of the people I was in touch with during my stay in Paris complained that air conditioning didn't work in their hotels, so I am really happy that I had no problems with it at this hotel. Plenty of free snacks and refreshments were available at the lobby from 2 pm to 2 am, which also helped. The hotel is very well located, with two metro stops within a 2-minute walking distance.

I didn’t realize how well they run this place. It’s a cute boutique that is run like an almost 5 star hotel. I come to Paris three times a year and was very impressed at the service and the front desk peeps and the treats and coffee always available. And the air conditioning for the summer heat is primo Didn’t have a place to put my bike so had to lock up on the street

The decor was really cool and modern. Very clean and safe feeling. Loved the snacks and having a gym on site was great! Loved the connecting family room-it worked well for us. Separate pricing for breakfast when snacks were already free from 2-2.

Great hotel. Good facilities. Snacks and mini bar. Design. Lobby. A lot of items in the rooms:chairs, mirrors, hair dryer there’s everything what you need. The was no door to the toilet) I do believe that this can be quite embarrassing for someone. The staff wasn’t very nice. But for Paris it’s ok.

Location was great, and within walking distance of neighborhoods and markets. The staff at the hotel were ALL friendly and helpful. Refreshments were readily available, and especially nice since we visited during a heat spell!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ms. Fatou at reception for her warm welcome and exceptional assistance throughout my stay. I would also like to thank Mr. Dost, the Breakfast Attendant, for his outstanding service and friendly attitude every morning. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The property was clean and well cared for. The snacks were an added bonus. The staff were amazingly helpful. The price was a little too high for the property.

Excellent service and extremely generous in amenities and food/drinks selection. The complimentary minibar and afternoon/evening/night bites and drinks are very nice and unexpected. Staff was also very friendly. Would recommend and return! Some small areas in the room could have been cleaner and the bench in the gym is also pretty janky. The toilet roll holder is also barely usable, could use a replacement
