We especially like the staff. Upon arrival we were treated very well By Aurora and Martin. We arrived early they checked us in and took care of our luggage. The Afternoon cup of tea and the evening glass of wine and cheese was a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers. Keep doing what you are doing. We will tell our friends. Thank-you

All staff very friendly. Room was the largest I’ve had in Paris. Felt very light as had balcony and large window in bathroom. Bed super comfy. Liked the free afternoon and evening snack and drinks. Very close to Rome metro so getting about was easy and not too far to walk anywhere Nothing to not dislike

Super friendly staff, quiet and great location and afternoon tea time & snack time made it extra special. Also welcome messages on the card and mirror The only issue I had is on my last night, the towel was not clean. Not the smell bad or anything but there are black marks on the towel. Also the room was a bit small than I expected.

From the moment I walked in, this hotel felt so cute and special. The aesthetic is effortlessly chic and every little detail feels intentional, and the hospitality matched it from arrival all the way to checkout. When I got to my room there were the sweetest gifts waiting for me, a tote bag, some chocolates, a flower, and a handwritten welcome card, along with a little note on the mirror with their Instagram handle. It genuinely felt like my own French apartment, only better. If you want to feel like you are living your best French life, this is the place to be. The bed and pillow were dreamy, the AC and fast internet were such a treat, and opening my window to a beautiful view was the icing on the cake. The whole stay felt intimate and special in the best possible way. There were only a few small things, and I am honestly not bothered by any of them, they just would have been the perfect finishing touch. They got my name wrong, haha, and wrote someone else's name on the card and the mirror, though it was easy to laugh off. The bathroom could have been stocked a little more with their house lotion and body wash, because the lotion was so good that I barely had any left by my last day. They also messaged me on my final day to stop by the front desk for a little farewell gift from the house, but it was never offered at checkout and I felt too shy to ask, so I never got to find out what it was. All of these were minor, and honestly they could have been fixed in a second if I had just spoken up. I simply did not want to be that kind of guest.

We had an excellent stay at Joli Mome. Great location in a vibrant and safe neighbourhood . Staff were firendly and welcoming. Breakfast generous and delicious. We have been very happy at Joli Mome. HIghly recomended. Cannot think of anything

Friendly and professional staff, always willing to help. The hotel is exceptionally clean and in a very convenient location. Close to subway stations with direct connection to train stations and bus stops you can reach the center in no time. The neighbourhood is also full of cafes and restaurants in case you want to grab something close by. In addition, the free snacks and aperitif are ideal to relax during your afternoon and the evening (especially during a heatwave where at that time temperature is maximum). A big plus was that the hotel was fully air conditioned making it ideal to stay during summer (in case your stay overlaps with a heatwave).

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The effort they had made in the room was a lovely surprise. The bed was comfy, plenty of plug sockets and the aircon worked well. The room was very clean. The location was great and quiet: lots of restaurants and bars not too far away, Rome metro is very close, although we walked to several attractions. There was nothing we didn't like. Trying to find fault, the bedside table didn't go back to the wall so easy to knock things off and it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge. We would give 9.8

Beautiful rooms, great service, perfect location. Quite affordable given that the rooms are newer and it's in a prime location. I would definitely stay here again.
