Lovely place, lovely people.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Nothing

I loved the location, the staff, the room, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location and staff, particularly Francesca.

Front desk staff is excellent! Very efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast room is beautiful but the breakfast is not up to par for this kind of boutique hotel. Yogurt quality is very good. But the fresh items are not so fresh and not good. The seem old or having been frozen. Also the coffee needs to be better. Honestly really let down with breakfast.

Great location & neighbourhood, rooms were quiet, nicely decorated. It was very clean. Very happy with our stay and would recommend!

Front desk staff is the best, location is amazing and it’s very cozy place in general and worth to be booked A bit overpriced

Nice room and staff

I'd like to give a particular thank you to Francesca, who reacted extremely quickly and called an ambulance for my husband in the middle of the night during an emergency situation. Everything was perfect

Great location and the friendliest staff! 10-15 minutes walk to Opéra. I came by Rossy bus from CDG - dropped off in front of Opera then I walked to the hotel - 13 Euro total. Monmartre is also 15 minutes walk. Hotel is around the corner from Rue des Martyrs- lots of bakeries, butcher shop, cheese and coffee shops. The weekend is full of locals shopping for food. Hotel is very clean and cute. Has a good size elevator which I think very good for Paris. I seen much smaller! Comfortable bed with very nice linens. Modern and clean bathroom. Many people complained about how small the room is but it’s normal for Paris unless you are willing to pay a lot more. Free coffee/espresso all day long! Coffee is expensive in Paris so this is a great perk! Nothing! I had been to Paris more than a dozen of times. Finally found a hotel that is clean, modern, reasonable priced and in my favorite area of the 9th. Will come back!

The rooms were luxurious but, like all of Paris, small. The windows wonderful, bath modern, and bedding superb. Neighborhood bustles with young, working Parisiens and not at all " touristy." Loved the umbrella stand with roomy, black umbrellas for guests to use. We did. There is a lovely Michelin * restaurant "Les Saisons" directly across the street. Directions from the desk were a bit vague finding the right Metro and restaurants.

Nice, clean, cosy, comfortable room and great location.

The rooms are very small but that is expected in Paris. Super clean. Awesome location and amazing staff. Highly recommend! The size of the rooms are small.

The breakfast was good enough. The bed was perfect and the pillows too. Location is very close to Centre. Many cafes and boutiques around. The room was as small as it possible in your scary dream. There were not any facility items in bathroom - only soap. And the worst thing is the “paper” wall of hotel. The neighbors disturbed us and made the noise.

A very warm welcome: a handwritten welcome message & macarons! A great start of a lovely stay. The room was beautifully decorated with nice details. Stylish and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable. Delicious teas. Everything clean and well maintained. The location is superb. Staff was attentive. Nothing special. Good to know: the elevator is very small.

People who work in the hotel are very kind. Room is way too small. It was difficult to even open our luggage in the room, it could have way more space. At night, the street lights bothered us a little while we were sleeping.
