Nothing. My bathroom had a problem, they dindt fix it. I was unable To use it for one night. They didnt have any other rooms, and the offered a breakfast coupon to compensate.

Excellent safe location. Lots of cafes, shops, next door and across the street. Half a block to the Metro station. Easy walk or short metro to all the usual places to visit ie. Eiffel Tower, the Louve. Great hotel staff! No ice, but that is typical for France and England.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Very friendly and took pitty on my bad French and still spoke to me in French so I could practice. The location is unbeatable and for being on such a busy street the hotel is very quiet. It’s nicely appointed and very clean. Our room was small but that is expected in Europe.

Lovely hotel, very well situated. Clean and spacious. Staff are very courteous and professional. Unfortunately the hotel is situated above a metro line so there is a persistent rumbling which leads to a restless night for light sleepers.
