The Eiffel Kennedy was a quiet little modern hotel in a nice residential neighborhood a short walk to the Seine, the RER train and about a half hour walk to the Eiffel Tower. There's a Monoprix supermarket about a block away if you want to get food for a picnic. We didn't get to try the cafe on the corner, but it always seemed full of locals when we went by and there are several other cafes and restaurants in the area. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. We decided to order the breakfast after seeing what they had to offer. Aside from bread and pastries there was a nice selection of meats, cheeses and eggs. I have celiac disease and the desk clerk offered to order some gluten free bread and pastries for me, but I declined. It really was not necessary. All in all, it was a very nice stay for a fair price in a very expensive city. The one thing we didn't much like was that the bathtub us a little high for my husband who has problems with his balance and arthritis. In retrospect we should have seen if they had a handicapped accessible room.

The fridge in both rooms was not working and even though I told the two persons at the front desk about it and let them know I needed to put in a medication, the did not solve it. The lady offered to keep the med in the kitchen's fridge but it didnt work for me.

My room was quite nice and calm. It was nice to have a small desk in the room. Clean place. Nice staff. My room was not ready when I arrived (a bit before the check-in time, so I cannot complain) but it was not a problem to leave the luggage. Nice brasserie next to the hotel. Overall the hotel needs a renovation. Claustrophobic lift. The place for breakfast in a dark basement, only a little bit larger than the lift...

The location was good, it is approximately a 25 minute walk to the Eiffeltower. The walk is nice and it is an area that feels pretty safe travelling as young women. There is a metro station nearby that we used to travel. We also used Uber a few times, which worked fine that Uber drivers stopped in front of the hotel. The lady working at the front desk was incredibly kind and polite. We did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was not very clean and you can tell the hotel does not get maintenance quite often. For example there were many stains on the walls. The curtains also had stains. The bed was okay. There are no electricity outlets near the bed, so you can not charge your phone on your nightstand. Nightstands also very small. The room got very very hot. The AC was incredibly dusty so I was afraid to use this because dirty AC's can make you sick. The bathroom ventilation was really bad too, and there was no window to open. The lay-out of the shower is weird. The shower also was not clean, there are mold stains and the shower head was covered in dirt/mold. I honestly did not want to use the shower but I had to because it had been a pretty warm day.. I tried to clean the showerhead a little bit, but it was still dirty.

The location was excellent. Beds were comfy and facilities were updated and clean. Beautiful view of the tower, a working elevator, and pleasant staff. It was a mile walk to the Eiffel Tower, or a 6min walk to the metro. The cafe underneath was incredible too, we had coffee there almost every day and the food was so good! (See picture of my crepe!!) great price for the location, facilities, and overall experience. Also very close to the Monop’ market as well.

The location, it was excellent for restaurants and tourist sites No Eiffel tower on my window
-
Maybe small, but nothing bad
-
The staff were knowledgeable of the area and spoke English and ready and willing to help. Beds were comfortable. Easy to control temperature in room. The room is very small, even by Paris standards.
-
I loved the location, the staff and the breakfast Nothing. I loved everything
-
The location was perfect for where I needed to be, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing, it was perfect for what it was.

The staff was really nice, breakfast was good and location perfect for us. Rooms are very small and quite old. In my children bathroom, very low water pressure in the shower.

Delicious breakfast.

Personnel was very attentive all the time The location is good for visiting Eiffel Tower as it is very close, but it is a little far from other attractions

Small elevator, small bed. We booked a room with AC, but the room was extremely hot and the AC didn’t seem to work. When we asked the night receptionist why the AC wasn’t working, he laughed at us and said, ‘It’s cold outside,’ even though I explained that we chose the room because it had AC. We could barely sleep with the window open because it was too loud outside. Terrible experience.

Very friendly place with great reception. We felt welcome from the first moment.

Location was great. Close to Eiffel tower, close to trains, buses, etc. Good restaurants nearby. Bonus having a laundry mat across the street. Can’t say I didn’t like anything considering it’s Paris. The elevator is very small and the room is small but typical for Paris. The room was warm so we had the window open and it was noisy outside but again it’s Pais and you get used to it in a couple of days. Area was safe too.Staff was friendly and could accommodate English speaking travellers.one thing I will mention is the bath tub/ shower was elevated so you had to step up to get in and out of it. If you have any mobility challenges this could be an issue.
