The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. the quality and services exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. centrally locate, convenient for sight seeing, shopping and restaurants while still being peaceful and comfortable. The reception area was a bit disappointing. it lacked seating area where guitars could relax. a more welcoming lobby with adequate seating would greatly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the fragrance in the lobby could be better as well.

Breakfast was great and front desk was so helpful. The AC in our room didn’t work. They moved us to a second room that was dirty. The third room was clean with working AC.

The hotel staff was also extremely helpful. On our last day, it happened to be the Paris Marathon, and the road in front of the hotel was closed for the race. When our scheduled ride got canceled, the staff quickly arranged a taxi for us and made sure we made it to the airport safely. It was a beautiful experience overall, and we are already looking forward to our next stay! Honestly, nothing comes to mind, this was a great experience.

Location was in the middle of the city center. Staff was phenomenal Even though location is great, it’s a bit loud. Prepare for the random events outside the square.

Deluxe hotel perfectly located next to the Louvre in a great Parisian neighborhood. The breakfast service was well stocked with many options to fit all tastes. The hotel bar is a very nice place to relax and enjoy. The family room (2 rooms connected) was very spacious for Paris standards and nicely decorated. For a 5 star hotel the service was spotty. Friends who booked family suite for 2 adults and 2 kids had to inform the hotel staff 3 times until they prepared the room for 4 people instead of 2. The hotel bistro/restaurant has spotty service during dinner but was well staffed during breakfast

Location was perfect, rooms were very spacious and clean, staff was mainly nice (only one rude waiter at breakfast), they also returned my lost diamond earrings which made me rly happy :) The breakfast was sometimes good, but on other days very disappointing.. dirty plates, food items would run out quickly.. not enough tables for guests so sometimes had to wait to be seated.. and overall a little too pricey for what you’re getting

Location was conveniently central. Staff, especially Timothy were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Couldn’t ask for more. Elevator was broken, but wasn’t a big deal

The shower was not the best. The water pressure was great but the shower is uncomfortable. Very narrow tub and the shower door only covers 1/4 of the tub and the water spills out all over the bathroom. The lighting could be better in the bathroom as well. Hard to put on makeup.

The hotel was beautiful, great location, the staff was over the top nice. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was very good, just pricey, wait staff was fantastic! The lighting in the bathroom and the shower, water pressure was great which is not always the case in hotels, but climbing up into the skinny tub with a 1/4 shower door, the water gets all over the floor while you are showering and it was not comfortable to shower.
