Location Grumpy staff, extremely and unbearably hot, horrible shower and bed situation. Way overpriced. Spent +$175 a night for a 3 world hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised overall as I was expecting much worse when I booked last minute to be close to Gare du Nord for an early train. The view from my room to the street was great. There is no air conditioning. There were lots of towels provided in the bathroom but no soap, shampoo or lotion.

Good location, 24/7 reception, luggage storage after check out.

Actually we book hotel online and when we reach there, they ask for extra money and we have to pay extra money to get the room which we reserve so it was the worst experience for me.we reach there so much tired with child but the staff told that we cannot take that room because we just mentioned 2 person coming but we are two with small child 1 year ,which we already mentioned.at last we paid almost double money to get same room. After that we thought we are never going paris.

Staff and location Facilities, everything was tiny, key system was annoying, one shower room for the entire hotel, little to no services provided except a towel which came with an extra cost upon entry. Too expensive for its value.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was only one shower for maybe 30 rooms and this isn't enough.

It was awfull experience. Very tiny, not a toilet. Second floor with not elevator and tiny stairs. Staff were not helpful. Only the location
-
No elevator, small stairs, very dirty shared toilet

Ceiling and wallpaper were water damaged from an upstairs bathroom leak but other than aesthetics it was not a safety issue. Whenever you leave the room to go out you must leave the room key with the front desk, but they were always there when we returned so getting into the room was never an issue.

Bonus: If you open your window in the evenings you can hear the musicians practicing a few buildings over.

There are a lot of stairs, my room was on the fifth floor, and the staircase is a spiral, so carrying a 20kg bag up there was somewhat perilous and definitely a bit tiring but once it's done it's done. Also amenities such as the toilet and bathroom were shared and on different floors from each other. Nevertheless, for the price I paid for the accommodation I was willing to accept these things.

The location was very good. The place has character and is somewhat of a novelty. The staff seemed nice enough. The room had a rather unique smell. The bed seemed like a cot with an uneven mattress. The sink had seen better days, there was damp and the start of mould with peeling wallpaper. I've no idea where the shared shower was. The wifi stopped working during the first day. No wardrobe, definitely not soundproof.

There is water and electricity. No elevator. Good luck to carry your luggage to the 6th floor if you are lucky to stay up there and enjoy the low ceiling. I am 1m86 and could not stand in my room. One toilet and one shower for the entire hotel on the 2nd floor. Wallpaper is falling apart, corridors and the staircase are narrow. Furniture is pretty old. The whole place is spooky at best. It is obvious that nothing has been done to improve guests comfort in a long time, even the minimum. For such low standards, even 50 euros is way overpriced.

The location is good. The hotel doesn't have lift. My room is on the 5th floor. You need carry all your things. The toilet in the room has many ants, my children were scared. The staff said will help me change room the next day, but she didn't. The ant ? crawled on the bed near the toilet.

Room was comfortable enough. Clean enough 15-20 mins walk away from the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre Decent enough for £50 I asked if I was able to leave in the morning (6am) and he said I could, just to leave key on desk. Tried to leave at that time but I couldn't open the door. Had to put key into latch to pull it back to open the door and get out

Bad

it was very bad the reception staff at night at 00:30 came to my room and began knocking so bad at the door for 20 minutes then the reception came midnight and tried to open the door without any consent from me with their keys. next day when I checked out no body gave me any feedback I was going to call the police département.. worse expérience in my life, I thought I was going to get robbed

The apartment was very dirty, the linen was not very clean, I didn't like it at all, only the location was good. The owner made me pay an extra 15 dollars.

I was satisfied with everything, the main thing was that it was calm and clean, next time I'll go there again
