Staff is absolutely amazing! The hotel is so charming and welcoming. The rooms are the typical smaller size, but they are comfy and more than adequate. They really go the extra mile to be helpful and kind. It felt so cozy and warm! Can’t recommend enough. Beyond the hotel and staff, the location is unbeatable. The 6th arr had so many treasures and so many spots to find food or shopping very close! Nothing it was great!

This hotel was wonderful from the moment we entered the lobby. The gentleman behind the desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and cool. We were there during the heat wave and cool was very important. It is in a great location and close to many attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Delavigne. The service was exceptional! The room was extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommend! Centrally located!

Breakfast room is tiny and buffet wasn't much- I'd skip and head to a cafe.

An excellent location close to many restaurants. Air conditioning was perfect on a very hot day. Very relaxing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It would have been good to check in a bit earlier than 3:00 after traveling

Great location, great friendly and helpful front desk. Bathroom updated and very clean. Carpet, hallways are a bit tired and could stand a refresh.

The bathrooms are a death trap. Woe to anyone over the age of thirty that dares take a shower in the small slippery tubs. When I complained to the manager that expensive, hotels have no right to treat its customers.like that, he dismissed me with a wave of his hand and said that the next time I come back, he'd give me a room with a bigger shower. As if ever would.. My advice: steer clear of this dump.
