I loved the location near the Eiffel Tower The room shelves needed dusting

Location, staff, cleanliness
-
Location was good, from dupliex metro station 9-10 mins walking distance. Afternoon/morning receptionist was little bit rude we were hesitating to ask her smg or any complain. Bedsheet had spot on it and room is very small for 2 people, it was very hard to walk inside the room.elevator very slow takes only 2 people.

The location, the comfort of the room and bed, the cleanliness The Rooms are a little small and closets are limited. It was fine for one person, but would have been a little crowded for two
-
Good average place, clean, competent. Everything was as described correctly in the reservation. Rooms are small but for one person is ok.

My cousins didn't fit in our existing hotel so I booked this for them. Good parking, easy to access
-
The proximity to the Eiffel Tower was great The room was tiny, the shower was very small, and they flooded our room when we asked to have a turn down service. Thank goodness we didn’t leave anything in the floor or it would have been soaked. They did come and clean it up promptly when we let them know.

Good location, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. Bathroom was tiny, but not a problem

The rooms were immaculately clean, and the location was fantastic. There were also fantastic restaurants very close by. The rooms were very small.

Very close to the Eiffel tower (15 min walking distance) and to 3 metro stations. The staff is really kind and rooms are clean and comfortable! But the best part was the great AC, which was essential during the heat wave! I would add a mini bar to it. Also, if you are sharing the room, the bathroom glass does not give you privacy.

Before we even arrived, my interactions with staff were great. I had ordered a wheel chair for my friend who has mobility issues. They allowed me to have the chair delivered to the hotel and it arrived 2 full days ahead of our arrival, and they did not seem to mind at all- that was very helpful. I thought the location was lovely- but we had trouble getting Uber drivers- it wasn't until our second week there when someone suggested we walk to a nearby cafe for pickup, which did help. It was walking distance to the Eiffel tower and to metro. There was a laundry a short walk away, a pharmacy, a grocer/market, and a few delicious places to eat. The room was small but adequate- no view, but that was ok I did not expect one), the bathrooms were a nice size. the breakfast was good, I enjoyed it every morning. We did have a few days booked to Switzerland, and because we were coming back to finish our trip, they allowed us to store a few bags which was SO kind. Our first week there was awesome even though I did get stuck in the elevator, I was rescued within half an hour- and the malfunction was because of the heat wave (not their fault- it was super hot). The beds were very comfortable, the climate control in the room was nice- it was very cool even amid the heat wave. Although I have a few things of note, I want to say that overall we had a great experience with this property, the staff, the owner- everything was good. I would be happy to stay there again- staff were really great. Here are a few things that could have been a little better. The bathroom was a nice size, but the shower situation was, well, a situation. They have half a plexiglass door thing that swings in and out which I found nice when using the mirror and the blow dryer (which was provided.). The problem with this is that the whole bathroom would get very wet (flooded) because of this configuration. The bathtub was slick, I was nervous getting out because there would be water on the floor and one hand towel was not enough to contain it. They do not provide washcloths, which I used those for washing my face. They have a one size fits all hand soap, body wash and shampoo. I have long thick hair, I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner (which was not a problem, but I would have brought my own had I known- not a huge deal). They would leave two towels and during the heatwave, we were showering multiple times a day- and I have long thick hair- so we needed more- but they would give them if you asked. I think it would be better to leave an extra towel for the floor or for long hair... Upon our return from the few days we spent over in Switzerland, we were put into a different room. The configuration was not as good as the other, room, the shower spigot sprayed water everywhere, I could not get it to lift for the hand held shower thing, if you did not hold it in hand, it would spray all over the place. I thought the location was lovely- but we had trouble getting Uber drivers- it wasn't until our second week there when someone suggested we walk to a nearby cafe for pickup, which did help. There were ants all over the bathroom. Our first room was better... but again I say that this was a nice stay.

The location was about all we liked. Oh, and the staff folks we talked with were pleasant enough. We brought a cooler of food with us. Since there are no small fridges in the room, the staff helped by putting things in a communal one and didn't seem to mind the couple of times we asked for things. Well, a lot. But most especially the size. If there were a way to make it smaller, I am not sure how they could have done it. I think there was about 16-18 inches of clearance on three sides of the bed. For two people, it felt like we were in a tin can. The picture shows a "work space" (like a desk), but there wasn't room to sit there and work...and the table "surface" was too small. The bathroom was so small that you could not sit regularly on the toilet- the glass wall was too close to the front, so you had to sit a little bit sideways. The pictures make the rooms look more spacious than they are.

The rooms were perfectly air conditioned - a rarity in Paris! The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. The bathrooms were small with limited privacy. The elevator stopped slightly out of alignment with the floors.
-
I didn’t like it because they did not honor my PAID reservation. See above
-
Room was well organized. AC was a bit low, but that may be more cultural difference than ability,
-
Small bedrooms, for a big person shower is kind uncomfortable
-
Overall a solid experience. Property had a lift & A/C. Just what in the heck are those bathrooms? Our room had a see through window instead of walls with a curtain installed. Plus when you had to use the toilet, your knees would touch the window/curtain. Location & decent price.

Very nice hotel in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and cozy. It was a little small, but that didn’t affect our overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!
