Great customer service Very small rooms

Location Staff were not very friendly, arrived for check in to find a be back soon sign - seems strange to align a break with check in time - waited an additional 15 minutes. The rooms are in need of updates - mold in the shower, scuffs and cracks in the paint and on the walls, stains on the sheets

It is clean and convenient Room very small, facility not well kept, room service not consistent, lights out in the stairs, and no air conditioning as advertised.

During our stay, temperatures exceeded 30°C, and the air conditioning in the hotel was not working. We were only informed of this upon arrival, leaving us with no opportunity to cancel or find alternative accommodation. In such heat, a functioning air conditioning system is essential, and not having it significantly impacted our stay. As compensation, we were offered free breakfast, which we appreciated, but it did not come close to balancing the discomfort caused. Our room became unbearably hot, making it difficult to relax or sleep properly. This negatively affected our entire weekend getaway. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working either, which made it impossible to keep drinks or food cool in the heat. Because of the heat, we had to keep the windows open at all times. This led to insects entering the room, and on Saturday evening, the street noise was very loud, making it even harder to rest. The small fan provided by the hotel made little difference in such high temperatures. Overall, we feel that the price we paid was not justified given these circumstances. We did enjoy Paris, but the hotel experience was a significant disappointment.

Location & price Safety hazards with poorly lit stairways & high & slippery access to shower

The bed was comfortable and I got street view. However, no staff and when coming in at night no one around. The bathtub was uncomfortable and slippery and got clogged. They did come and fix it next day. The room was ok but needs upgrade and it was warm even though you can open windows I guess at night. The tv didn’t work, no channels or movies. For the amount of money a night could have gone to a better hotel with amenities and staff

The location was fair. The lobby is unstaffed at night which it feel unsafe. The air conditioning wasn’t working. No water for consumption available. My bed frame and the walls were dirty. The phone had some sort of crusty food or makeup on the receiver.

This hotel is quaint and in a great location. It is certainly a budget option so don’t expect high luxury. The people out front are pretty friendly. The rooms are quite small and the beds are just okay.

We stayed at this hotel and because of the value , we were able to book two rooms. The rooms are small to share. The location is fantastic and I slept like a rock! Best bath tub with plentiful hot water ! Love Paris ! Would stay again . Rooms were a bit tight but that’s to be expected!

Beds were comfortable; location to cafes, metro, Seine river, and convenient stores was great; shower worked well; Staff was friendly enough. We didn’t have the breakfast so cant comment on that. If you’re looking for a cute, quaint, spacious room and hotel with character, this was definitely not that.

We were welcomed by a very friendly man who spoke English and was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was near the courtyard and required climbing a short flight of about eight stairs. We experienced no noise at night, aside from a couple occasionally using the courtyard (smoking area), which was not an issue for us. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a great size with amazing water pressure, and we appreciated the thoughtful courtesy items provided. There was plenty of helpful information available near the reception desk. The train station was less than an eight-minute walk away, and we were able to get everywhere we needed using Bastille Station. The surrounding area felt safe and convenient. The hotel was secure and safe where it was locked during night hours and only guests could access it. N/A
