Very cute, boutique hotel in a great area that didn’t feel touristy. Very close walk to Eifell Tower and excursions.

The room is cleaning and enough air condition comfortable I like about the staff wasn’t very attention with us, They don’t take care of feel very well us. The photos of de bedroom is very different to offer us.

Totally solid place to land. Good AC decent location. Comfy but small rooms. Not much in the way of extras but perfectly adequate and comfortable. The tiny shower.

Location was good. The shower was very small.

Bathroom was decent size Nothing

Room minimalistic but clean. Noises from the other rooms (very thin walls!)

Small refurbishments might be needed here and there in the room. Rather old doors that seemed insecure, and the walls seemed painted up to a certain height to cover some stains probably. If you plan to sleep with windows opened, it could get noisy as the bistros are quite loud even after midnight, and the cars are passing by, and in the morning the street sweepers start early. Extremely slippery bathtub.

It s decent, small but clean and comfortable room, the area is also quite close to the main attractions.

Great location, premium cafe/ bar Le Wallace right across the road. It’s open all night, can’t service and local culture. Great beers and cappuccino, amazing burgers! The room was worth the money, but you have to jump through hoops for a tiny bit of ice. The worst part was they only gave paper cups for the room- even after cleaning the room (there 3 days)- no new cups given. Honestly, I didn’t know how important a set of glass/ plastic cups were.

Good location, good bed and air conditioner. We couldn't use the bathtub because we couldn't close the drain from the bathtub. We reported the problem on the first day, but it wasn't fixed for six days. Metal parts of the decorative ceiling fell off and luckily didn't fall on the head of the person who was in the toilet at the time. The dining room is very small and the tables are very unstable. Liquids spilled on the table at the slightest touch. Very poor food selection.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the metro nearby, which made everything very convenient. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and available whenever needed. The room was consistently clean and well maintained. I also felt very safe at night, which was very important to me. I would definitely stay here again. One small downside was the location of the breakfast area, which is downstairs and requires going down.

All the staff I encountered were exceptionally kind and friendly. I sincerely thank them for this wonderful experience.

The location was great - close to the city center with many shops and cafés nearby. What impressed us most was the staff. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. She provided us with an iron, wine glasses, and even dried our clothes after we got completely soaked in the hailstorm on May 3rd. She was always welcoming and responsive to any request. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. The selection was very limited - just baguettes, croissants, a few types of ham, cheese, butter, and yogurt. I suggest booking the hotel without breakfast.

Very good

I wasn’t expecting to stay in Room which was so cold and small. Not in the house itself but in the area, which I assume, was the service room/laundry that was turned into a “suite”.

Good

The location is good, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. It is uncomfortable to have guests talking and laughing for 20 minutes or more close to your door at 1 AM. I suggest the management review the property's guest guidance regarding silence and resting rules.

It was a good stay in nice hotel. The room was clean and its size was convenient wider than a lot places in Paris. Eiffel Tower was 15-20 minutes walking distance. The district was vital and safe with all the required facilities and nice cafes. The bathroom was clean with a nice bath for relaxing.
