Kind staff Location Unfortunately when I stayed the hotel, elevator was not working. I had to carry on two heavy bags to the 6th floor with stairs. If that situation was not happened, I would like to recommend this hotel.

Very good location for exploring Paris. Clean and well fitted room. Good breakfast. The complimentary minibar was really great, together with the free access open bar after 14:00. Staff was very friendly and helped us in everything.

The staff was amazing, from the start they were kind and ready to help. The room was cozy and welcoming, and bathroom was spacious. It was also easy to reach our trip destinations from the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, so welcoming helpful and friendly. The little extras available at the hotel really added to our experience, such as the free snacks and drinks. Nothing that I could complain about. Close to meteo station for transport links.

Very central location, extremely warm and responsive staff. The 24/7 coffee/tea/kitchen facilities are a godsend. You can get food delivered and eat it properly with dishes and cutlery at a proper dining table. Nothing, it was a great stay.

I’ve stayed in Paris many times, and each visit I’ve chosen a different hotel. This one was truly exceptional. Check-in was quick and effortless, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s interior design is fantastic. The vibrant colors, stylish furniture, and unique décor give both the common areas and the rooms a fun, modern atmosphere. One of my favorite touches was the lounge, which offers complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout the day—a rare treat in Paris hotels. The free minibar in the room, replenished daily, was another pleasant surprise. The room was spacious by Paris standards, especially for a 3-star hotel, and the cute balcony made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast was absolutely fine for me. Of course, some people always expect endless choices, even in 5-star hotels, but I found everything I needed and was perfectly satisfied. Overall, I would honestly rate this hotel above many 4-star hotels in Paris. It has become my first choice, and I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit the city. I'm adding this after a week that I left the hotel. At the moment of check out I have settled everything and left Today after a week, I realised that the hotel - without informing me - charged more few more Euros by directly debiting from my registered card!!! Unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't what this extra charge was for? I don't know why they didn't settle at the time of check out? and I don't understand why the hotel didn't have the minimum courtesy to send me an email to explain before charging me for this extra amount Am pissed off and never go back to the place
