We loved the view and the fact that it was close to cafes. Hotel staff were kind and welcoming. We loved the boutique feel of this hotel. The location in one direction was fantastic but turning the other direction was a little unsafe.

Good location, very nice staff & clean rooms

It was a little far away from things.

Staff was great and place was close to the tower Elevator looked like someone had a party in it and the hallways to the rooms, the rest was great

This was my first visit to Paris, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more memorable. I chose to spend a week at First Hotel Paris Tour Eiffel for my birthday and was impressed from the moment I arrived. My French was far from perfect, but the staff were always cordial, patient, and even shared a few laughs with me along the way. Their warmth and sense of humor made me feel welcome throughout my stay May 22 through May 29, 2026. The Parisian breakfast each morning was bountiful, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options that provided the perfect start to each day. The hotel's location was outstanding, making it easy to explore the city using Île-de-France Mobilités. Best of all, the room view I reserved was absolutely spectacular. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of the trip. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris for the first time or returning to enjoy the city once more. Not applicalabe

The Staff were excellent - very friendly & accommodating to our needs. We had a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was lovely. The room was small (typical European space) yet always clean - bathroom was very nice and the AC worked well !!! Close to the Metro stations 6 & 10 lines, we used the trains to get around easily. Paris is a beautiful city & First hotel was a great place for our recent stay

The room was excellent. The location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. This was our second booking at this hotel, and if we return to Paris, we will book again. Wonderful place.

Location was great. Very close to Eiffel Tower & commercial street for boutique shopping. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were high quality and mattress was comfortable. Although I paid for better room with a view of the Eiffel Tower , you could hear the elevator on one side and the above ground metro station from the window on the opposite wall. I asked to move, which they did by moving me to the room next door. You couldn’t hear the elevator from the new room although you heard the metro cars stopping quite prominently. It didn’t affect my sleep however. Rooms are very small. Breakfast was disappointing. They did accommodate my gluten allergy and had gf bread, however the meats were low quality, the fruit consisted of cut up apple floating in water. I didn’t bother going to breakfast the second morning.

The location was very convenient, near public transport and nice Bars and Restaurants. The personnel was also very helpful with all our requirements. The bed is super comfortable! The view to the Eifel Tower. The first room they gave us was very small, only the bed and a small corridor surrounding it. The bathroom had a defected door that couldn't be closed, missing towel hanger, missing a place to put our bathroom stuff. No mini-bar in the room. Minimal requirements to be a 4 stars hotel were not met (according to Atout France).

Location is perfect, clean, good value for money Staff members

The location was amazing and made it very easy to get around Paris. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and the inside had a really nice atmosphere with a cozy lounge area. I also appreciated having an elevator, which made things easier with luggage. The room was extremely small, to the point where there was barely enough space to fully open a suitcase. We had a room with an Eiffel Tower view, but the layout made it difficult to actually enjoy it because the window was tucked into the corner behind a wardrobe. You could not really stand by the window comfortably or enjoy the view unless you squeezed into a very small space. The bathroom door was also a bit awkward because it kept opening by itself.

I liked the view from the fifth floor and the balcony. The balcony has a perfect view of Tour Eiffel. I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris, and while the location was convenient and the staff were polite, I feel it’s important to share an honest perspective for future guests. Although the website lists this as a four-star property, the facilities do not meet that standard. The room was very small and lacked basic amenities such as an iron and a refrigerator. When we requested an iron, we were asked to pick it up — along with the ironing board — from the front desk and carry it ourselves to the fifth floor. In my view, this kind of service is not what you would expect from a four-star hotel. Additionally, there was no staff member at the entrance to assist with luggage or even to ask if we needed help, which made the arrival experience feel quite basic. Breakfast was available, but it was very Americanized — I was expecting a bit more of a Parisian or European touch. Overall, the stay was fine for a short visit, but I believe the hotel should reconsider its four-star rating or improve its amenities and services to match that level.

The staff and the location Room is tiny
-
First Hotel is close to all major attractions, restaurants and shopping.
-
Amazingly clean and well maintained hotel with very agreeable staff! The bed and cushions were top notch and the Eiffel Tower view was lovely and romantic! Room was small, but it is expected as it is in the heart of Paris.

The cleaness and the stuff and the room luggage service and the location. Nothing
