Convenient but in what seems a loud and dodgy area Restaurant was near useless. Turned up, staff inattentive and little choice. Lots of tables uncleared and no fresh cutlery available

The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The water fountain was great to fill up our water bottles. Our room was clean. The room was comfortable, we were on the 7th floor (under the roof) . Unfortunately on the heatwave week without AC, but they gave us 2 big fans. Unfortunately it was still too hot. I believe with a different weather the room should have been more comfortable in terms of temperature. To be fair the temperature was not their fault. We found the shower a bit small, even my 14 year old was struggling in the shower.

Handy location for transport. Clean room with comfortable beds. Good security at front door/reception/lift. Much better than I expected for the price and some of the reviews I saw online - my experience was nothing like them at all. Was all very good, no complaints.

The breakfast was good...portion servings small. Dining area not much space. no kettle in room.... sewer stench from toilet, giving out bad smell in bathroom...door has to remain closed.
