The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean. Nothing much the hotel could do about it but the street outside was very noisy at night - lots of shouting and sirens late at night and then noisy deliveries very early in the morning.

Perfect location and good for short stays or winter time. Staff was helpful with our situation but hotel management has a lot to work on for summer periods. Stayed during the end of summer and a heat wave, and the promise of a fan in the room was a lie. The original fan didn’t work and the replacement they found us was old, broken and full of dust, definitely not realistic to the facilities description. I travelled with my grandparents and my grandma is already on menopause, which made the situation even worst for our stay.

Close to Gard du Mord We were on the top floor which meant two flights of steep narrow stairs to negotiate with luggage. There were a few splatters of something brown/red and unknown over parts of the furniture and walls. The TV was effectively unwatchable for the layout of the room.

The location is great if you travel from Gare du Nord. Lovely, helpful and kind staff. Great places near by for breakfast or some food. Thank you! Will be nice if the rooms have air conditioner for the hot days, the fan is not enough and some small fridge.

Not as bas as the Google reviews might suggest. The double room was tiny but suitable for a short stay and the bathroom was decent. Convenient location. The hotel is more suited for the cooler months due to the absence of A/C in the rooms. Tired hotel. The double room could be more spacious if slightly rearranged. Limited amenities.

Hotel easy to find, close to the main train station and surround by lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Room was reasonable size with enough closet space. Good size bathroom, cleaned daily. Has easy to use safe. Reception manned 24hrs No facilities in the room, no air con but provided a fan. Bed moves so pillows gradually fall down the back

There were a lot of connections via train, the room given to us had an air conditioner which was perfect for this hot wave in Europe. And the staff were really kind. There was a luggage storage room too Nothing specific, just that if you gotta freshen up before your actual check-in, your options are limited, there’s just one relatively small washroom.

I booked my stay late as my Eurostar travel arrangements - the first leg of a trip south through France - were changed at the last minute and I needed a night's stay in Paris close to Gare du Nord. It was clean, fairly impersonal and reasonably conveniently located. No complaints. Comfort / space / facilities / cooling could have been better, but not, reasonably, at that price!
