Room was comfortable. Excellent location. Hotel rate was very reasonable. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of breakfast items. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fitness equipment not functional. Room was a bit dark. Bathtub was slippery when taking a shower.

The staff: The receptionist during the night was very polite, helpful and friendly. The manager at check out was super polite, compassionate and very experienced in customer service and was making sure we had a comfortable stay. Both of them were super kind and helpful. The receptionist (lady) at our check in time was also nice but a bit cold and needs to improve the quality of service by clarifying the information at the beginning. The room was clean, the air conditioning was excellent during the month of August and in terrible hot weather conditions, the mattress was comfortable and the amenities in the room were sufficient (coffee machine, tea facilities, hair dryer, an iron, mini fridge, toiletries etc). The swimming pool's water was a bit cold but not a big issue for this weather, the sauna was great and the towels were available upon need. Breakfast was the best part of our stay, it was a buffet breakfast and the quality of food and variety were very good. We enjoyed our tea and the cafeteria (restaurant) staff was kind enough to prepare us a hot chocolate upon demand. Lovely breakfast staff, both of them were kind, polite and helpful. We found our door handle of the toilet was broken. The lighting in the room was poor and the size of the room was small. The terrace was very little and not upon our expectations, it was a little balcony out of the room, I would say. Everything else was perfect. The hotel was a little boutique hotel in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, well located and not far from a metro (line 9, Exelmans), the area was safe with plenty of shops but still calm in terms of ambiance. The Eiffel tower is not far, 12-15 mins by taxi. I recommend this hotel to a couple who wants a quiet but charming escape.

Breakfast was excellent. Large variety of breakfast foods. Room was comfortable. Hotel is very clean and modern. Bathtub is very slippery while showering. Treadmill was not working.

Cleanliness, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food was good and good value for money. Dinner was excellent Hairdryer in the room, lead was to short for plug points it kept coming out and the handle was impractical to use. Impossible to dry and style hair
