The worst ever, video staff such rudes, not even have coffee for breakfast, ac much louder and noise. Terrible place

For a non-smoking hotel, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, which was immediately noticeable and unpleasant. Inside the room, there was no iron or ironing board, the hair dryer did not work, the shower drained very slowly, and the sink did not have a stopper. The bedspread also had visible stains, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping was another concern. My room was not properly cleaned on August 8, 2026, and the overall condition of the room suggested that greater attention needs to be given to cleanliness and routine maintenance. Additionally, there appeared to be no staff available after 11:00 a.m., which made it difficult to have concerns addressed during my stay. The amenities were also very disappointing and fell below what I would normally expect from a hotel. I am not sure whether the property is currently under new management or going through a transition, but if so, I hope management is actively working to correct these issues. I wouldn’t say the stay was completely terrible, but there is a lot of room for improvement before I would feel comfortable giving this property a higher rating.

Different room this time, and wasn’t as good of an experience. The tv didn’t work, the shower curtain smelled like mildew, the rags had some type of black stain. The bed wasn’t as comfortable, and the air didn’t work as good as the last room. I smelled the odor of marijuana walking down the hall.

Room was clean upon check in. Air conditioner worked great. Bed was comfortable. There is no complimentary breakfast that I saw. Only major flaw I saw was that the pool was very disgusting, and had standing stagnant water which smelled on hot days, and caused mosquitos to just surround the area.

Tried to charge us $100.⁰⁰ at 1A.M. for a room. Said we could get it cheaper online. I specifically asked if we would get the room for that night or if we would have to wait until check in started. She assured us that it would be for that night. As soon as I paid online she said "oh because you did it for today's date you'll have to wait until check in starts" AFTER BEING SPECIFICALLY ASKED AND ASSURED THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN! We then sat in the lobby (with no live person there because the "worker" was on a kiosk) until after 4A.M. trying to get a refund. We still have not gotten refunded. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! We contacted Expedia because the booking was through them and after being on hold for hours we were told the hotel would have to approve it but it could only be done via email and the email address Expedia had is not the email address the hotel said they used. Expedia attempted to call the hotel multiple times and said they never answered. I was in the lobby and the phone there never rang. I could see and hear the lady on the screen and never heard her receive a call either. Absolutely ridiculous! I just want my money back!!!!

Room was mostly clean. No bugs at all. Staff was very friendly. Mirrors were a bit dingy looking like they cleaned with a weird filmy cleaner. But the towels and bedding were very clean. No bugs at all. The microwave was dirty though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other guests were a bit noisy but that's part of staying in a public place. Not a bad place to stay. The bed was extra comfy.

The hotel was a great price however there was stains on the sheets. There was questionable stains on the bathroom, wall and floor. The shower had a hair in it and overall it was dingy and dirty.

Didn’t have to touch the ac it waa just right in there and the battery in the remote to the tv was dead but it wasn’t a big deal just sucks the pool and was green and couldn’t get in it and trash was floating around in it

No pool. Water black and nasty. Air conditioner leaks on floor. Hole in ceiling with water marks as well. Room clean and smelled good. Outside trash cans overflowing. Not worth the price you pay. Coffee bar was pathetic. No variety. Tasted burnt. I normally don't post reviews but ppl need to know this when traveling. Ppl smoking weed in the rooms. Management did nothing.

I got this stay through Expedia , for my son who was there after a work trip.. I could never get in touch with anyone at the desk, and because he got called away early, Expedia was willing to take the last few days off my bill , but could never get in touch with anyone in charge to verify any information, we tried for days and could not get in touch with anyone to help! I was calling from out of town and kept getting hung up on! Nobody returned any messages or called back. Expedia was still trying to help through emails, but still waiting for info on that! How can you run a business and not answer the phones?! So I am having to pay for a room that we didn’t use, for 3 days, Not pleased with them at all. Room was ok.. the employees were not up to any standard and the owners or managers.. were awful! Not taking care of business st all!

Dirty Romo, Dirty bathrooom, dirty pool, Smelly building, smelly Romo, staff unatenttive, just terrible

Pool was black and closed. Vending machines not operable. No breakfast was served. Front desk staff casually sitting in the lobby. Sticky floors. Rooms AC unit was emitting a foul mold odor.

Pool was closed and there was no breakfast.

DO! NOT! STAY! HERE!!!!!! FIRST IT WAS IN A RUN DOWN AREA AND LOOKED TO BE IN THE GHETTO. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. SECOND, WHEN YOU PULL UP THE BUOLDING LOOKS OLD. THIRD, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS STANDING OUTSIDE TALKING TO SOMEONE AND WASNT INSIDE TO GREET ME. FOURTH, THE DOORS AND WINDOWS TO ENTERING INTO THE LOBBY WAS FOGGY AND THEN WHEN YOU ENTER THE LOBBY WAS DARK ON ONE SIDE, SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND HAD A MUST SMELL!!! THE ELEVATOR WAS DIRTY AND RUSTY AT THE BOTTOM. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, HAD A MUSTY SMELL, THE BLANKET WAS DIRTY AND DIDNT SMELL FRESH, THE BATHROOM NOT CLEAN. I GOT IN MY VEHICLE, BOOKED AN ACTUAL HOTEL, AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU GO TO PANAMA CITY BEACH, DO NOT STAY ON THE EAST SIDE!!! THAT IS THE GHETTO, RUN DOWN SIDE!!!

The parking was okay and the house keeping came maybe two times during our week stay which wasn’t that nice . Also they say they have a pool but it’s black water and it has trash in it . I really don’t think I would stay again.

We pulled in and immediately left. The pool was a sewer and the property was extremely dismal.

I had to leave . The room was nasty and had dirty blankets on the bed . Waiting to get my money back . The pool was suppose to be open and it was black and the rooms smelled horrible. The lady at the desk cancelled out reservations but waiting still on the money
