The Flamingo Hotel and Tower

Our room the floor was dirty with rust scratches in the floor the shower had mold and mildew in it you couldn’t watch any local channels like the news on the tv.the pictures online look a lot better than the real rooms there is no free breakfast.

This is our place to come from here on out! Staff was good place has a full kitchen good popls views and priced great! Recommend of your on a budget but not want something decent!

My family has stayed at this property for over 30 years. The last 3 years it has changed owners, multiple managers and generally gone downhill. When we complained the manager on duty assured us they were working on the problems. Funny they don't ever get the bad things fixed!. Will call front desk ahead of next trip to ask if problems are corrected, not assume website is correct.

Great location! Loved the scenic view and close by amenities.

I loved everything except the fact that our couch was so so so so stained and dirty, it was so embarrassing I just covered it with a sheet! We went on an extremely busy weekend so just moving to the next hotel would’ve been too much hassle. Rooms were a little outdated but the couch really made me not want to stay again. Loved the pools and onsite restaurant, and vanity area! Loved the proximity to everything. Do better with the furniture please! Unacceptable

This is a great place to stay if you are mostly looking for a view and proximity to Pier Park. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a good size. The kitchen and the floors need upgrading. The stove and oven are older, but they work. The carpet was old and needed changing. There was not a pan for the oven itself, but plenty of pots and pans for the stove. The utensils were fine but hit or miss. If there's a specific utensil you need (like a can opener) I would suggest you bring your own. There are some dishes, but for a larger family, you may need to buy some paper plates or bring some dishes. No hairdryer in the room, either. The view was gorgeous. The rooms are steps away from the beach. The pool is very clean, and the hot tub is HOT. It feels good on sore legs, but be careful when getting in. The elevator stopped working midway through our vacation, and walking all those steps after a long day at the beach was tiring. Also, this is a non-smoking facility, one reason why we chose it, and some of the staff did not enforce it and didn't seem to care when it was brought to their attention. The smoke was very disruptive to our stay at times, and we had to close the door to our room to prevent it from coming into our room. If you're looking for a no thrills place with great beds and views, it's great. If you want amenities and upgrades, I recommend staying at a condo by VRBO or Airbnb.

Place is clean staff is really nice big rooms for the money full kitchen Mike I will be coming back every year I'll come here every year and always go somewhere else but we will be coming back here from now on!

Not enough parking out in front of main building, especially for handicapped people.

Needs updated and general maintenance but nice property for the price and great location

The hotel said they had upgrades. We usually visit PCB 3-4 x a year. This was last minute but even though this stay wasn't pleasant. We arrived the elevator that didn't work, there was no iron in the room which was needed fir sn event we were going to. There was a $25 fee if dishes weren't washed. The TV in the living area didn't work. The kitchen was not clean at all, stove was nasty, fridge had and mold and rust. The tile in the floors were cracked and broken. The location was nice for quick access and on the beach, nice hit water showers, but other than that would not stay here again.

Staff was great. Room was less desirable but at least clean. Location was good and convenient.

I also had a service dog, but we were told we could not use the hotel’s beach and had to drive about five minutes to another beach. Although it wasn’t far, it was still inconvenient. The room itself was okay, but some areas showed signs of wear and needed better maintenance. The shower curtain rod had rust, and there appeared to be mold or mildew on parts of the bathroom walls and ceiling. Overall, our stay was just okay. I would recommend clearer and more accurate information about the rooms, pet policies, beach access, and better bathroom maintenance.

Over all it was great could of been cleaner but in a place like that it was great price and great view at the beach just walk distance along it was well worth it I would stay there again

The place was dirty and don’t let the AI pictures fool you the rooms are well used the beach was beautiful and clean. Also said online the pet fee was $35 and when I got to the place it was $75 and the front desk lady didn’t care one bit. If you like a smoke free environment like it says well this ain’t your place the smells of cigarettes coming into my room from the pool was nasty and cigarette butts all around the pool.

Unless your on a budget dont come here

Muy cómodo el hotel directo en la playa, solo pienso q necesita un poquito de renovación en las habilitaciones !!! Lo demás todo bien !!!

The room was run down and old. There was trash under the beds. I can say the beds were comfortable. The only reason I would stay here is because pets are free. The location is awesome. And we could do a lot of walking to shops. The tv and WiFi were horrible. We couldn’t even watch tv in our down time. Even with all that I would stay here again because of the pets.

Easy to work with people wonderful stay beautiful weather wonderful vibes the whole time
