Clean rooms and updated. Super nice people working there!!! Pool was a little dirty but not a deal breaker.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, especially Leroy at the Front Desk! The coffee in the mornings, provided at the front desk, was good, fresh and plentiful. We were in Room No. 127: 1) On our last night, the walk-in shower backed up with water, would not drain and almost overflowed. I was able to remove the grate over the drain and use a hand towel to wipe over the grate. Repulsively, I removed a clump of hair about 2 inches thick and the shower was then able to drain. It was apparent that it had not been cleaned in a while. 2) On my previous stay, the room had a small closet with a bar where one could hang their clothes. This room had no closet and the "make-shift" wall area for hanging clothes was not sufficient for 1 person, much less 2. 3) The patio furniture around the pool is in poor condition. All of the chairs and loungers are missing plastic slats 4) It would also be helpful if there were a curtain between the sink/dressing area and the bedroom.

This hotel could use some remodeling. The room was ok, but obviously has seen some better days. I don't recall if there was a coffe pot in the room. I did appreciate the refrigerator.

The beds were comfy and close walking distance to the beach When I came back from being at the beach all day I was greeted to black mold in the bathroom, a cockroach IN THE BED, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were supposed to be contacted my management as we made these complaints at check out (we only stayed one night at this hotel) and still have yet to speak to anyone about it.

Room felt unclean, the bedding felt damp and appeared to have mold growing on ceiling. Just not a comfortable safe environment. We only needed the room for the night, word of advice spend the extra 50 or 60 dollars and stay somewhere else.

There was no Breakfast, location was great. The property needed some updating especially around the pool.

Bathroom was VERY small

They don’t offer breakfast. The hotel was run down my room was infested with roaches the staff was terrible the manager lady that works in the morning was rude the housekeeper’s was rude and aggressive they made me and my kids feel very uncomfortable I will never ever in my life stay at that hotel ever again!!!!

I originally rented the room for a softball tournament, but it wasn’t a great location next to the beach and amusement park museum all types of stores and stuff . I definitely will be using that location next April. I had an absolute blast. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was great. I liked it a lot.
