Amazing views, beautiful pool, peaceful and very good host. No complaints

Basically everything - the villa was incredible. The view from the pool is amazing and the villa was extremely clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay overall. We had an unpleasant experience where the owner came up to the pool and basically accused us of overstaying past check out (our check out was in fact the next day, as we told him). In the end he acknowledged his mistake and everything was fine, but it was unprofessional and uncomfortable/left a bad taste for us. We would never stay longer than we’re supposed to, and it was stressful to be accused of doing so when we weren’t doing anything wrong and were just enjoying our afternoon at the villa (which we had paid a lot for). It would have been better if the owner had double-checked carefully whether we had in fact stayed past check out before coming up to the pool and basically insisting we should have left. It’s not a great way to treat your guests to so quickly assume the worst.

The location was fantastic, so close to so many beautiful beaches. The villa was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds and good facilities Nothing!

Stunning property. Owner met us on site and remained flexible and graciously responsive to our evolving arrival time. Exceptional property: Modern, contemporary, simply the most stunning view over Paleokastrista you could imagine, pool area was spacious and grand with plenty of comfortable chaise lounges (also with stunning views). The kitchen was stocked beautiful appliances along with with tea, spices, bread and meat/cheese for sandwiches as well as water. We didn't have to race to a grocery store upon arrival. We absolutely loved our stay so much that we extended it for an additional night. We loved everything about this property. It was fabulous. If you are driving a car, be prepared for a winding up-the-mountain approach. Very doable. Be sure to take the road beyond the property through the olive groves and up the mountain for a beautiful sightseeing tour of the area. If you are delivered by taxi and planning to walk to the beach, it is a very steep trek up to the property. We had a car, so this was not an issue for us.

Our staying at Paleo Villas was exceptional. The property is amazing, the view is spectacular. There were all necessary for our baby. We really enjoyed our staying. -

This place was epic, finished to a beautiful standard and the host is super friendly. We loved the private pool and the beautiful decor in the apartment. Really good base to explore the area, car is a must as it’s up a hill but means incredible views and cool temperatures.

Immaculate property, well fitted out, everything we could need. Pool was a godsend in the heat wave and outside fridge kept us hydrated with cool liquid’s as we soaked up the amazing view. The owner was so friendly and approachable and helped in recommending Taxi, Quad Hire, Restaurants and Boat Hire. The villa is up a steep hill, hire a car or quad to solve the only issue with this amazing property.

What a view. It gives you a beautiful view of the bay. It’s a proper walk up the hill but definitely worth it for the views from the balcony and the pool area. The villa has been designed very smartly, the pool area can be used for the two separate villas or there is a screen which pulls back if families had both villas. There is a lovely outdoor kitchen and table with a pergola which was great for breakfast and lunch. The villa itself is clearly very new, has everything you need and was spotless. Panos was very helpful as well. Nothing at all. If you don’t have a car you need to be ok with a 15 minute walk up a steep hill. We had a 12 and 9 year old and they could both walk the hill no problem

the most amazing place on the island❤️, the view is worth a million. the villa is completely new, perfectly equipped, thinking of even the smallest details. swimming pool, there is even a jacuzzi area, an outdoor kitchen with a grill and an outdoor refrigerator. down the hill - Paleokastritsa with cafes and restaurants, marinas and beaches. to go up the mountain on foot - there is definitely something to do, but sport is health??. with a car - scary only the first time?. the owners are very nice. a unique place. I would definitely like to come back❤️❤️❤️. grab this place as soon as you find it free! Everything is just perfect??

Everything was perfect If you’re not a good driver you should be extra careful on the way too the villa however you can just walk the hill up when you traveled without heavy luggage
