My room was not cleaned properly. There was a stain on the outside of the toilet that looked like either blood or poop. One of the towels had makeup on it. There were also a couple termite swarmers that I killed. I didn’t have a chance to inspect the room before I left to the hospital and by the time I got back to go to sleep, it was very late and I was exhausted, if not I would have requested a different room. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I stayed here with my girl friends for the weekend. It was easy to book, easy to check in.

The lady at the front desk gave me attitude and will not let you check in if the second person on the reservation does not have a ID even though they're the ones not paying for it. I paid extra forger, refrigerator and microwave in my room. In the microwave did not even work when I called down to the front desk, they said they couldn't help me until tomorrow. Because the mainland's person left for the day. The next day came finally got the microwave and the air conditioner stopped working and it's 110 degrees outside that come to take a look and I have to move to a new room was not happy with this stay.

For price, I was a bit disappointed. They ran out of towels and pool had trash at the bottom of the floor pool (looked like toilet paper or napkins) when we decided to go in after sun went down. Also, there was a homeless & extremely dirty person who opened pool door without a room key by simply putting his arm over door. Fortunately, general manager quickly recognized him and asked him to leave, but it was a bit uncomfortable walking in to pool area with homeless person already inside and people looking over their balconies while we were trying to enjoy the evening by poolside. My son and I felt very uncomfortable and decided to go back to our room without leaving room until the following morning.

Don't stay here. The rooms were outdated. Our air-condition made this loud sound, the mattress were uncomfortable People argued and fought in the parking lot at 3 am. The police were constantly driving through the parking lot. The staff was nosy and very standoffish

It’s cool manager told us we can’t leave the dogs in the room by themselves while we go down to the pool. I think that’s crazy. That’s my only complaint.

The motel is in a good location but all the drama that went on there Couples were fighting in the parking lot in the middle of the night. There was constantly cops driving through. The manager was so nosy, He stood outside and would watch constantly what you were doing

El manager. Totalmente grosero. Entro a mi habitación sin identificarse. Prácticamente desalojando.

Front Desk staff were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, prompt and attentive. The property was clean with plenty of parking. No nefarious activities or unsavory characters hanging around anywhere. The room was spacious, clean, and had a refrigerator, dining area, and outstanding AC. The bed was clean, comfortable and king sized. The bathroom was small but functional. Housekeeping did a thorough cleaning prior to my arrival.

We stayed here once in the past and did not have a good experience. However, I like to give places a second chance. This time the stay was better, but still not great. We travel with our cat, which is why we stay at Motel 6. The property at 595 E. Palm Canyon is a much better choice. That property is very well managed, and is in a beautiful location. The staff at this location were friendly, particularly Joshua at the desk, and every housekeeper we encountered. Particularly the one I take to be the leader. The room was dated, definitely time for a refresh, but the beds were comfortable. The internet is horrible here, as it was with our previous stay, so they clearly haven’t taken steps to update. The shower was horrible. Needed maintenance and had terrible water pressure. Only one ice machine was working, and even it would often be out of ice. My advice is to stay at the 595 E. Palm Canyon location if you are able. You’ll have a much better experience.
