Was the WORST experience ever...they do not text back ..you have to wait 30 minutes for them to answer .they gave us a room with air conditioner unit in bedroom..it's was prob 120 plus hear rest of unit... couldn't be in living room, watch TV couldn't go in kitchen .. and they didn't care 1 bit..the housekeeper said he couldn't stand it in there ,you couldn't breathe... I told them they didn't answer, NOTHING.. we were there 5 minutes left , we had no.luggagevwith us nothing and left to a better place ., should of listened to other reviews... It was the WORST EXPERIENCE

It is neither a hotel nor a motel, but rather a collection of spacious bungalows set around a lush garden and pool area. My accommodation measured 1,194 square feet and included a private, fenced backyard. The fully equipped kitchen featured an oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all necessary utensils. The experience was truly magnificent, and I regret staying for only four days.

Hotel was ok, a bit outdated, not very clean, dust on picture frames and mirrors, and the ceiling fan, big bits of fluff on the floor,

This is the second time staying there and we will come back again. The room was spacious and very private. Check in could of been smoother.

Love the flexibility of the staff very laxed

Took a while to check in since it's all via text. Not welcoming doing it only via text. Have been staying for years off and on and no new painting, furniture etc. need some cosmetic upcoming to make it feel fresh.

Room wasn't 100% as advertised, no netflix/smart TV, population in the hotel wasn't that good (not tourists, people with life problems come to this hotel along with vacation people), had a mixup with the rooms where a guy was assigned the same room as us 1 hour after we checked in, had to call the owner together to assign him a different room.

Big and spacious. Sat in our car for 10 mins waiting for mobile check-in. Room wasn’t ready so waited 30 mins. No ice machine on property. Only mirror in the room is in bathroom where there’s no a/c.

No on-site staff. They stopped answering our calls for help using the internet and TV, so it sucked.

Large pool and large property overall

Convenient location and beautiful landscaping. The pool and hammocks were the highlight. Dog friendly is a huge plus! Having previously enjoyed a great stay here, we gladly chose to book again, though this visit highlighted a few key operational areas that could be improved. The check-in staff deserves some credit for their customer service. The automated check-in text line went unanswered for 20 minutes, and a subsequent technical issue with the credit card reader added another 25 minutes to our wait. Despite this 45-minute delay, the employee on duty was incredibly polite and apologetic, which significantly helped ease our frustration. However, there is a noticeable gap between the room advertising and reality. We stayed in the "Villa with a Garden View" room based on the modern, upgraded photos featured on Booking.com, but the actual room was quite outdated and requires refreshing. Additionally, the patio and outdoor furniture needed a deep clean before they could be usable. We will likely return due to the hotel's strong affordability, but updating the online gallery would go a long way in managing guest expectations, especially when advertising as Mid Century Modern decor.

Hard to check in

Pool is nice! Bed is comfortable. Patios are useful. My room was very tiny. It was a small corner room with a tiny patio with no grass. You have to walk around the bed to get to the restroom. I thought I purchased something bigger, nor did I know they had tiny rooms. The staff is actually not on site. You have to text someone who only answers 30% of the time. The dog fee was over $50 just for two nights. The dog is not allowed anywhere other than your room. There is no dog park on site. Not sure what is pet friendly about this location.

Great quiet little place. Could use a little human interaction with staff. Everything is through text, and sometimes I didn’t get any response.

It was quiet and the pool and hot tub nice Location was ok but not the greatest area .gettin in and out with codes wasn’t the greatest. very old school facility considering the price we paid . Often seen prostitutes hanging outside trying to gain access.
