No elevator. Did not get double bed on first floor. I felt like we were in Cinderella's room, but it was that or going up another flight of stairs.

Stall shower was so tiny it was almost impossible to get in the door and once inside, too small to bend over to shave legs.

Excellent host, so friendly and helpful. Good location for us coming from the train station, quiet road off the main thoroughfare, close to restaurants. Clean, modern, comfortable room with good facilities. Lovely balcony in the sunshine. Can't think of anything - all very good.

The ambience the oppulance and prime location and the helpfullness of the staff when I needed it they more than gave it to me no elevator plus light in toilet not working

The hotel is located close to the old part of the city of Palermo, where most of the interesting sites are.

The location and the staff. Room was too small to open two suitcases. The shower could barely fit my body ( I weigh 135 lbs). There were no plastic or glass cups to drink from. And something I didn’t know at the time of booking - there is no elevator. It’s a problem if you have to take your heavy luggage to the 3rd floor!

Good location in the centre of Palermo yet in a quiet area. Very nice staff willing to help with advise on how and where to get around Palermo for day trips. The noise of an AC unit during all nights.

The facility staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. It was very close to the lively main street and charming historical places.

Central location. Kind staff The bathroom was not very clean and some of the fixtures were falling off the wall. Breakfast was poor.

perfect location and nice room Second time in this hotel in 2 years and there are still some works outside . The reconstruction stars at 7.30 so do not count to sleep long time The girl on the reception was lying saying that it has started 1 week ago … There is no lift !!!! Otherwise all good ,

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. There was very strong perfume smell in the room and bed linen which exacerbated my allergies. The mattress was a bit soft.

Location is amazing, so close to everything. The breakfast was good, classic Italian sweet breakfast. The hotel is older, but bedroom was clean. Little moldy in the bathroom, but we didn’t care we only slept one night there.
