Good location, near center, ner all buss stops that you need in palermo, airport station 3min by walk, mondello bus 4min from app. Clean and comfortable. Really good host

Sandro is an excellent host, the place is well located (one block from Via Roma), and immaculate! Each morning, a bag of fresh croissants and biscotti are delivered to the common kitchen area. That, coupled with in-room refreshed cookies, spreads, coffee pods, juice and bottled water offer a filling continental breakfast. The 15’ high painted ceilings from a by-gone era remind you that you are in a very unique place. The bed is comfy; the TV & WiFi speedy. It’s an old building with a lot of character and plumbing to match. A few challenges, but well worth the experience!

Loved that there was a washer AND dryer! Very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and more. Thoughtful extras like ear plugs, water in the mini fridge, and refills of the coffee pods daily.

-It was smelly. The shower drainage was clogged and it was not nice the smell and dirty coming from it. - The towels were super old making it uncomfortable to use. -If you are bothered by noise during the night, it could be noisy. Not really so bad for us. -entrance to the building was always super dirty and smelly as well.

Perfect location. Nice, spacious and cozy appartment. Coffee machine & fresh croissant for breakfast. Owner left good iterinary for city explorement. Also we quite easily parked car for free just 50 meters from appartment on the street. Everything was fine

Very Nice owner you can ask for a lot of things, even it was mistake with delivery of my breakfast I got it when I came back to take my luggage last day. there is one kitchen for other 3 rooms.

It was very comfortable and cozy. It felt like home. It is near lots of places to eat and at a very modest price. They helped us lots with snacks and drinks and made our stay perfect.

Spacious room with secure entrance. Breakfast provided in room. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and historical attractions. Parking can be a challenge as with all downtown/old city properties. All in all enjoyed our stay. nothing

The location, only few minutes away from the center, the communication was easy and we had answers to all our questions!

The location, breakfast in the bedroom and fast abd easy communication with the staff. Sometimes there was no hot water. However, a simple message via WhatsApp to the staff and it was quickly fixed.
