I liked food and staff. when you come for the breakfast later some plates are almost empty and they don't refill the food plates

The room was spacious, very quiet, and cozy, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was of very high quality and absolutely delicious. I was quite surprised that, for a spa hotel, the bathroom amenities were extremely limited. The hotel only provided a low-quality 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo. There was no separate shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton pads, or slippers. After using the pool and spa, I had to go to a store and buy my own shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion because my skin became very dry. In my experience, these basic toiletries and amenities are normally provided in spa hotels, so this was quite disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The staff were outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, especially the spa, which was clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. There were only a few minor things that could be improved, and none of them affected what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The bed was a little firmer than we prefer, although that’s very much a matter of personal preference and what you’re used to. The bathroom in our room could also use a bit of maintenance, particularly refreshing some of the grout. Finally, the spa and wellness facilities closed for cleaning between 4 and 5 PM, which was slightly inconvenient since it’s a popular time to use them. Overall, these were only small issues and did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.

Hotel is clean, lovely, warm athmosphere, nice staff. Great breakfast. Was hopping for a bit bigger and more athmospheric Spa zone, it was missing a “vibe”.

Easy check in as had fully staffed reception area. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious room and bath. Beds comfortable, we slept well. We stayed on the fourth floor accessible via an elevator! Free breakfast was included - it was good with a lot of different options available. Located at the entrance of the town's large park (where Amber Museum is located), it was an easy walk to all the main attractions in town. This was a four star hotel and I chose it for its on site pool and sauna facilities (nice area with one pool, one jacuzzi, and a wet and dry sauna - complementary bathrobes and additional towel provided in our room's bathroom). Usually we stay in more budget friendly locations but spent the extra money for the pool and sauna. Therefore, given the additional amenities and included breakfast, I feel it was a good value for the money. Recommend, would stay again. Limited parking on site. We traveled off season and were lucky enough to get the last spot available.

Breakfast is not rich at all, but still OK. But paying for outsider 18 Eur - not worth at all.

The hotel’s location was perfect. Birds chirping near the balcony and a beautiful park close by. Breakfast was excellent. Moreover, the hotel has a skilled massage specialist. -

The location was convenient, the breakfast was fairly good, and the room was adequate for a short stay. Our one-night stay with family was disappointing given the very high price of 244€ per night. The value for money was poor compared to other hotels in the same range. During our visit, there appeared to be a company event taking place, which made the atmosphere crowded and the spa area particularly busy and uncomfortable to use. Unfortunately, my child slipped and hit his head on the wet spa floor, which raises concerns about safety and maintenance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price paid. Unless the rates are significantly lower, I would not recommend this hotel, as there are much better options available.

No pool for kids, it would be extra nice to have one for little one as well

The location is very quiet and just in front of a huge park, not far away from the beach. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - loved it! Bicycles for the guests 5 eur/h?? Really? The hotel staff could be more friendlier and greet their guests from time to time.. when we arrived, the room still had some sand in the bathroom, did not feel 100% clean.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms - a family with a child lived in the next room and the child's running and crying could be heard until late at night. In general, this hotel is not the best place for those who want a quiet rest because the main visitors are families with small children. Cleanliness - our room seem to be clean but the light-colored carpeting was stained, which created the impression of dirt. Spa zone - it is indicated that the saunas start working from 5 p.m. but when we visited a little bit past 5 p.m. they were not turned on yet. The water in the jacuzzi was very chlorinated, it irritated my eyes. Generally, there is room for improvement
