The bed was very comfortable. The location is easy to access from the highway. Lots of natural area around the hotel so it was quiet. good hot water in bathroom. Big room with a nice couch by the window. Plenty of lights in the room. Infinity pool on the second floor was long enough to actually swim. Breakfast was nothing special: rice soup, eggs, white bread, salad (but the salad choices were limited) and one fruit choice. Coffee was provided but it was terrible quality. A decent cup of coffee is an extra charge. Meh. Black tea was provided in a pot, equally terrible quality. Run down- the shower spray leaked from three places spraying water all over, the sink did the same thing. Too many pigeons at the pool- they drink from the pool every five minutes and left pooped all over the deck. The hotel ought to capture and get rid of them, it's unsanitary.

The pool was spacious enough to enjoy. Food mainly used low-cost ingredients. Even chicken and pork were hard to find on any of their menus. The room was not very clean. We ordered food and the empty plates were handled on the next day. They might need more maids.

Facilities are ok. Staff are ok. Nice decoration. Good breakfast with a variety of selections. The beddings are clean. Not too far from supermarkets and restaurants. Located at the entrance to Khao Yai National Park. The missing points are from the unwelcoming ambiance, particularly the laundromat smell, and another reason is the not-so-smooth reception (messy ink from a pen used to sign the credit card for payment and a splash of alcohol into the eye because alcohol was needed to clean the ink-smeared hand!). This should not occur in the first place and I can't believe I was offered a dirty rag instead of a piece of proper tissue paper!
