Very high price for old run down resort. Breakfast was horrible. Old rotten food. Very disappointed for the what I paid for for 2 nights

The serenity and beauty of this place. So calm and clean. Great service. Parking is quite limited and a lot of mosquitos. But maybe the mosquitos part cannot be avoided as it is surrounded with literal forest.

A nice resort No hot water as problem with the water heater. Had to go to another room to take shower.

The location was good and also quite. The room was big and had a comfy bed The gardens and Thai style architecture was beautiful. The bathroom and the room need refurbishment

Nothing Water not working in some of the showers No hot water in some of the showers Restaurant closed at 5pm Nowhere in 15 km for decent food Breakfast not until 8am we had to be at our destinations by 8am everyday,so no breakfast

Great accommodation with natural ambience. Don't miss the Villa Musée and R.E.111 dimsum cafe, located in the resort area.

Good location, nice room . Rooms were a little dated but fine. Internet was poor.

The garden is very nice. Historic ambiance. Super unfriendly staff at the reception! Very stiff, impersonal and no kind words. No smiles. Very dirty rooms. Dusty and hairs all over. Old rooms, broken and dirty shower drains while we paid a lot. The location is far from the town. Unsafe to walk because no lights and no sidewalk. You need a car. There are also no taxis or tuk tuks or so. We are use to be around kind people in Thailand. Here the opposite. (Apart from te very kind guy at the restaurant.) The pool was freezing and not as good as the pictures. Bad price / quality balance.

Location was very central and easy to travel to different places within Khao yai. We liked that there was a garden within the hotel. There was karaoke session during one of the nights in the function rooms. However when informed staff he mentioned that it was from another hotel and they could not do anything about it. It affected the sleep of my friend and I. The furniture also made a squeaky sound when opened (the toilet doors and cupboards) which was also noisy. Unsure if it is because the furniture has been around for a long time. There was also quite a lot of bird poop in the balcony area which made it unsightly.

The location as it is accessible to convenience shop and near places we are going to. The bad wifi connection which literally is like no wifi most of the time, forcing us to tap into our own data plan and also have to allow people to hot-spot our plan to use Internet. This poses alot of inconvenience. The bed also somehow feels abit sandy/grainy. And one of my traveller had an allergy from the bedding. The shower water temperature is very difficult to control. Took very long time to get warm/hot water to work and it fluctuates, making it difficult to shower at the right temperature most of the time, in particularly for my kids. Not much variety to the food.

Very quiet surroundings.Perfect place to completely relax. Amazing staff. Unique building with lots of choices of room types around the grounds.Great pool.Comfortable rooms. Excellent location. Good value. Use your own internet. Wifi non existent.

The door lock is not working properly. The toilet bowl cannot flush, the bath and hand towel are dirty and the surroundings are very dark.
